Stuck
Hitting a plateau is frustrating, discouraging and finding the way out may be simple but not easy. Call on your Bro's !! I turned it over to guys in my age, cycle and experience level.
The words came out different but even a caveman knows CHANGE when beat into his skull with a bat is what is required to break out and keep making forward progress.
Seems like a no-brainer but several crashes on my Moped and.....you get the picture.
EOD training sessions: one ON, one OFF.
Short rest periods: I'll rest when I leave the gym.
Less sets: More intensity for a shorter duration.
More Reps/ lighter weight: Feel that burn, keep going, hold at bottom, BREATHE.
More calories: Another protein meal and some long carbs along the way.
Going from 5 days ON and 2 OFF is my challenge to EOD. At 48 a guy has to work with what he's got, use his head and never look back.
Train hard.

AnonI like how your posts degenerate so quickly..
i recently asked a sports medicine doc about plateauing and he told me that you basically have to shock your system, he told me for about 1-2 days just let yourself go and that will confuse your body. then get back into gear with your training and dieting.
