Shedding
ad
My fellow beefcakes, thinking of a second compound later on down the line. Hear that masteron is a very good option but it makes you shed like a mf. Heard the same for bold too. If I keep the dose low, would that mitigate the shedding or even not cause shedding? Thanks for the heads up brothers!

RustyhookerShampoo.....easy....
Or shaving
Generally speaking it's the DHT derivative steroids that are the least hair safe (Master, Primo, Winny, etc).
If you're not sure about your male pattern balding genetics then at a certain point you'll fuck around and find out the answer, time itself will reveal it regardless.
You can try fighting nature with stuff like finasteride, minoxidil, for some ketoconazole helps, etc, but at the end of the day you'll have to decide what lengths you're willing to go to to save your hair and it may end up being a losing battle.
Masteron works best for me when cutting. I only use it sometimes and thats at single digit bf% cuts. My hair does shed when I use it so I only do low doses for short periods of time.
I think its best to add towards the end of your cut for some hardening. Add some adrol to this and its great!

This is actually funny when you mentioned it because I had been researching the topical pyrilutamide that never skip leg day referred to.
Careful with it as it's still purely experimental and very little known regarding sides one might end up with after a period of use. Experimental drugs....well Bostin Loyd is a prefect example. (RiP)
Let neverskiplegday aka live4thepump aka lift4gift and the eleventeen other accounts he had to promo whore with be the Guinea pig for now IMO
Damn, you’re good diesel … that’s some solid work.
All about your diet really mate. Whatever the cycle is almost unimportant.
Yessir, bland chicken breast and salmon with a whole shit ton of veggies and nuts for snacks. Sticking to a high amount of fish for my diet and throw in some chicken here and there. Any other recommendations?
I would be lucky to get through the day eating bland chicken and salmon.
Sounds like you got it. Just lose the carbs later in the day, sticking to eating protein with green veg pm.
Don’t be afraid to explore the seasoning section at your local grocery. Of course avoid heavy salt, but eating healthy does not have to be bland. Plenty of herbs and spices out there that have health benefits as well as flavor. You may get discouraged quickly eating that bland chicken breast. I know I would. Make theme meals with the chicken. Cilantro and onion for mexican day, Chinese five spice and rice for Asian day, Italian seasoning for, well, you get the idea lol. Make it fun bro.
Yah man, nothing beats salt tho lmao. Definitely gonna go with that Mexican route without the salt, sounds illegal to not use salt in Mexican food tho lmao. Yah I get grumpy when I eat bland food. I fuckin hate sage tho… that shit just sucks on anything. Don’t use sage people lol
Some great advice here. Got to make it at least reasonably palatable. Eating totally plain food all the time you’ll end up cheating more, (I certainly would).
Masteron is a good option for what? What are you trying to do.
Apologies, wanted to do a cut.
Shedding is mainly genetic predisposition and if your prone to it and your genetics want you to shed you would at some point even without the use of steroids. The drugs will only speed the process up.
I am currently on week 4 of using topical pyrilutamide. It’s not approved for human use, at this point it’s passing phase 3. There’s already a study on it. It’s a topical anti androgen that blocks DHT at the scalp so it’s not attacking the hair follicle.
I am using primo at the moment and it made me shed big time too last time I used it. Until now I am not losing any hair from it so I guess the pyrilutamide is working.
I don’t recommend using it since it’s not approved yet but many people using RU58841 which is a topical anti androgen too but it’s chances to go systemic and cause sides are tremendously compared to pyrilutamide which shouldn’t go systemic at all.
It put a link for the recent study down here.
