Really?? Tennis elbow?? Now??

ad

I'm about two weeks out from starting my cycle and I'm self diagnosed with tennis elbow. Anyone else have this problem? I bought this ball thing with stretchy bands that is supposed to help out and strengthen the tendon (left arm) but it still sucks. Any suggestions or a CURE would be great??

Current treatment:
Motrin twice a day
Tennis elbow pressure band
The exerciser ball with the bands (couple minutes a day)

Just a thought~ has anyone ever heard of using bee stingers to help heal an injury? Supposedly when you (bee) sting yourself, your body creates a natural Cortisone to help heal it... Would this work? Anyone ever heard of it or tried it?

Thanx~ Rome

Use ice for 20 minutes one to three times per day. TENS units help alleviate a majority of the pain and they are not too expensive anymore. Thymosin Beta 4....??

I have dealt with that for years brother. I also like to ace bandage it up with tiger balm spread all through it. Also I don't know where you are in your cycles but NPP has be a big help for me with it also. And fact the best help to date. I have gotten cortisone shots that do help but the shots hurt like a bastard.

I feel your pain..literally ! I have terrible tennis elbow in my right arm and every morning prior to lifting I go thru my routine to prepare to train. I apply diclofenac gel and deep freeze gel to the elbow and forearm muscle, tubigrip bandage and an elbow sleeve that has a forearm tightening strap (really helps) and just work through it!

I know its not ideal but other than complete rest, which is never happening for me, I don't know what else to do.

I also do tons of stretches, wrist curls etc whenever I remember throughout the day.

I have it and all I can sadly say is that it gets worse. Its so bad that sometimes I can barely do a single curl on my left arm. A few months ago I actually felt a "pop" and thought I tore something. Its bad bro but I hear that surgery can help. I don't want to do surgery so just deal with it. Sorry I couldn't be much help.
