RBC count
ad
Does anyone know if high RBC count or " thick blood" has anything to do with having " heavy eyes" or being sleepy a lot. I'm not overtraining and eating plenty I train a hour a day 5 days a week and am eating 5000 calories a day. I've never given blood but am going tomorrow so please respond ASAP thanks for your time

Get blood work, stop playing the guessing game.
Here's the WebMD link for ya -

There stuff is pretty decent usually. But there are hundreds of articles on polycythaemia out there for review.
Now, in my personal experience bro, no, it has never made me tired. But if you are running any compounds that affect thyroid function, that could make you very tired.
Is RBC count of 17.9 high
thetdog623837yeah thats high. what you running? Your body works hard to create new red blood cells and at this time you might feel sluggish (tired)
what are you taking? if you are training hard and often your body will crave sleep
RustyhookerSleepy. Could be bp, rbc or maybe estro. Or growing at fast rate and not getting enough deep sleep.
Cycle? Weeks in cycle?
