Question on NPP vs Deca for joints

ran NPP at 150 mg/week for 16 weeks with Test C at 300 mg/week, and my lipids took a hit. I know 150 mg isn't a huge NPP dose, but it was enough to affect my cholesterol numbers.

Has anyone here run Deca at a lower dose (80–100 mg/week)? If so, did you still notice a significant impact on your lipids, or was it much easier on cholesterol markers?
Any suggestions for reducing the lipid impact while still getting some of the joint/recovery benefits would be appreciated. Thanks.

I am 43, right now i am crusing just test c 200 mg.

My lipids have always been trash but I run 50mg of deca for joints and have not noticed any increase on the lipids. I did get lower levels when I started Reta and now I have been taking citrus bergamot but have not gotten labs since I started it.
