-1 Pumps

ad

This is a serious question that I have here and I'm hoping to get some feedback. What Im wanting to know is how are you guys holding your pumps so well. In the gym I get really pumped I mean veins everywhere and Im currently lean but working hard to grow more.

When i leave the gym i get my protein shake and I get my carbs but it just seems as if Im always flat when Im out of the gym and I cant get this figured out. Am I not eating enough, drinking enough water, getting enough sleep. Am I missing something within my regime Im currently running ARL test P 100mg eod Tren Suspension 35mg eod NPP 100mg eod plus Anavar 50 mg ed 5 days on 30mg on off days. Hgh I was running but ran out and have to get more which is in the plans.

Im killing the weights I mean from day one back into the gym until now my strength has increased 1000% it seems but nonetheless the next day Im flat. I think I really just need to try to eat more and currently im getting 3k calories with 250 grams of protein a day. I have gained size and weight but im just wondering how can i keep that pumped looked especially in my arms, chest, basically everywhere. Im an ectomorph as well

The blood doesnt stay in your muscle.
Being lean and not holding water helps with vascularity. To much sodium can bloat you.

For me its all about carbs. 200 grams (5am-6am) 1-2 hours before the gym, 50-125 during workout, and another 100 post workout. Then its usually 50-80 grams of carbs every 2-3 hours until bed. Even though i sit at a desk most of the day my muscles stay full. Im sure the high test and nandro are helping too but it all starts with the carbs.

Tell him what carb source you use

Its a lot of different foods. Sometimes i use all of these or only a few. Before gym: bagel (with jam or sugar/cinnamon), oats, poptarts, dextrose, banana. During gym: gatorade, dextrose, more poptarts. After gym: dextrose, oats, banana, potatoes, juice, bread. Meals rest of the day: rice, potatoes, bread, pasta. And my favorite before bed is cookie dough and ice cream Smile If your not using taboo i dont think that many carbs around gym time is necessary.

I need more carbs

So many of them carbs you metioned never worked to pump me up as much as rice, rice cakes.
I eat potatoes they make me sleepy. I guess where all diffrent in what foods our body uses for what

pickle's picture

Im sure not all of them pump me up, but its what i eat throughout the day. 6am is too early for rice lol. I forgot to add honey to pre workout carbs. Honey and poptarts give me SICK pumps. Im bulking so shoving anything in that i can, and most of those foods are comfort foods to me so it makes it easier to pound down high amounts. When i switch to my cut next week that will all change :( makes me sad already

I thought the same about the rice for breakfast. But then i made my omlete in a huge frying pan so it was thin. Then add the rice on top then roll it up so the rice is inside and eat it. Then dont need a wrap. The EGG IS MY WRAP
my go to pre work 3 rice cakes drizzeld in honey then 2 clicks on the hymalaian sea salt shaker per rice cake

pickle's picture

Holy shit its a rice burrito with egg instead of tortilla. That sounds perfect for my post workout meal. Im going to try that tomorrow.
I have not tried rice cakes in a long time, going to give them a shot again. Never used hymalaian salt either so will give that a go as well. Thanks for the info man!

My main carb source during the 2 hours pre workout is oats that have been soaked over night. Blended with whey protein and chugged. Easy way to get 100g carbs and 50g whey down the hatch in 30 seconds.

I used to be the same way all pumped at the gym. Then leave the gym drink my protein shake/card drink on the way home. Take a shower and Pump LEAVES BYE BYE.. but then i slam my next meal of chicken and 1 cup jasmine rice and BOOM 15-20 minutes. Veins are back better then they where at the gym. Long story short. When im lean my body loves jasmine or basmati rice. Also im not pushing this trick but when i was young i would bring salt packets into the bar and would hit the rest room rip them open swallow the salt come back out grab my beer and the veins would be SICK. From the sodium.. not the safest but i was young and always liked to be veiny

Amazing i would gave never thought this trick but im starting to understand a bit more about my challenges. I appreciate your point of view, thank you!

If you’re on 3k calories per day and 250g protein how many grams of carbs are you getting in per day? And how are you timings your carbs around without. Seems to me your carbs are going to be pretty low. Let me know the answers and let’s go from there. I’m telling you the answers are here.

Im always talking about muscle maturity as this is no doubt the reason why i have a small bit of definition. Over the years the muscles have matured indeed.
