Possible gyno while taking finasteride. What should i do?
Hey all, I've been taking finasteride for about 4 months now and recently have started to notice that my nips are getting very sensitive with discomfort when i touch them with(very minimal pain). It's the only side effect I've gotten from finasteride. Also note i haven't had any increase in tissue around it just the discomfort. I've never done a cycle before so i'm not sure if i'm prone to it but please let me know what you guys think and if it's better to discontinue my use of finasteride or ride it out or if any of you guys have had a similar situation and what you did along with your results, thanks and appreciate the input.
Got an appointment with my doctor on it in a few days and i'm sure he wont know too much about it due to the fact he didn't when he prescribed it he only just then went in the office and looked it up on the internet. lol some doctors these days.

With your stats I have to assume you're not up to crazy cycles yet nor are prone to BPH. I would just drop the finasteride all together unless youre worried about your hair, in which case switch to a topical solution.
My hairline has receded a bit since my younger days indeed, especially around the front temple region so I've always been quite afraid of losing hair. But i'll definitely switch to a topical solution, thanks man.
it seems like DHT has some anti-estrogenic effects. Unsurprisingly that is listed as one of the side effects of finasteride. Are you prone to BPH?
It's think its hereditary...father balded like crazy. Yet his parents and the mothers parents fathers both have a lot of hair so i can't be too sure.
Try prami or caber
I would but i wouldn't want to have to take it for the duration of a life time whilst i'm on finasteride, id rather just stop the treatment. But thanks for your input bro
AnonYou should go get blood work done to see your different levels
Should i continue to take it so the levels are even in showing the effects the finasteride is having? or should i stop?
