Finasteride and Gyno Question

Whats up guys got a question for any of you Fin users out there. Recently started taking fin for hair loss and iv shown good improvements in the past few months. Only side effect i have is i'm feeling if i may be getting gyno, no increased size in breast tissue but i feel my nips are very sensitive and slightly painful when touched and when i push on my nips there's small lumps behind them. My main question is if i do get gyno and i get the surgery done to remove the enlarged breast tissue will it keep growing back or not if i continue Fin? Thanks a lot for input.

Can't really offer too much of a suggestion in that case. If it was for prostate switching to Cialis would be a good place to start. Maybe switching to minoxidil might help, since the action of minoxidil will be localized mostly to the scalp.
Some surgeons leave a small amount of breast tissue behind ( so that you have a normal looking nipple). So it is absolutely possible to get gyno again.
