Please Help Me Get Started!! Newbie Looking For Some Direction...

ad

Hoping to get some direction from you fine folks. Would like to start a cycle, but have NO idea where to begin. The number of products, options, mixtures, websites, etc... available is extremely overwhelming! Willing to use injectables, and have no problem spending the money to do this right (i.e. no generic crap). Would really appreciate some advice on what I should use, how much I should use, how I should use it, and where I should buy it. I'll start with a little "back" story....

I'm a 6'-1", 190 lbs, lean, 30 yr old male, novice weight lifter. About two years ago the bottom disk in my back exploded, and I had to have discectomy surgery to repair it. Doctors have had me hopped up on pain killers ever since, and I so badly just want to flush them down the toilet, if it weren't for the fact that I can barely stand up straight without them. I'd like to get my back and core strong as possible, fast as possible..... burning fat, and building muscle. Not looking to gain weight, although not opposed to it. Not doing this for appearance. Mainly just to get strong enough to where I'm not dependent on the pain killers!!! I'm sick and tired of my life revolving around these f**king PILLS, and just want to get as far away from them as possible!!!!! I'd greatly appreciate any advice y'all have to offer. Thanks in advance!!!

I had my spine fused three discs removed in 2009 and just like u pain pills was my life. Ive been off the pills except for ibprofurin for three years. The whole three years ive been in the gym 4 days a week. U have to concentrate on your abs to take most of the strain off your back. A natural workout will give u problems because you'll push yourself to hard at times, that means gear will make it so much worse cause you'll think your superman. So get clean start slow at the gym concentrate on low weight high reps. Stay away from power sets. Listen to your body dont work through back pain use the pain as a guide of when to stop. Use a lot of machines for the first year. Worry about AAS later down the road. I know this isn't what u want to hear but I've been there and this is all solid advice.

I've done the therapy, I've seen the trainers, and I frequent the gym. I'm not as helpless as I may have made myself out to be. Ready to step my game up a notch.

Thanks.

Try a TENS unit and flush the pain pills. One thing at a time bro. In fact, the last thing u need is another drug in your body. What if AAS isnt for you? Then, you will be wishing you never started. You would be surprised what your CNS can do once the dope is out of the synapse. Agree with bros below....

You don't need steroids to build a strong core lol. Either 1) go to physical therapy or 2) start doing research online on exercises that strengthen the core.

Steroids is the last thing u want right now. U have back issues do u know the number of guys that get hurt on cycle(perfectly healthy guys) bc there strength guy goes up so fast and they end up hurting themselves. U need gym time and build yourself back up natural. U use steroids and go to the gym with such back issues and u will hurt yourself even more. Start slow I'd get a personal trainer for awhile and build up your core strength slowly bro.
