I've got plenty of pins but 29g .5 inch to the delta will this size work. I use hem for my tris right now but will it it the delts find I'm as lean as can be 175 pounds 4% bf benching 275 at this weight so I'm doing good look at the pic not huge but that pic is all natty to. I'm going for 190 5% bf killing myself for it also brother. Let me know and I got a stash of pins and oils. Just never used Insulin pin to the delt ppl said it would work bu that's bro sience I want real answer from the vets

You can use a 29g slin pin, but most oils will take a fair bit if pushing through them. I don't personally. I use slin pins just for hgh sub a shots. I stick with 23 and 25gs and have 3/4, 1 and 1 1/2".
Well thanks for all the input I got plenty of gauges so in the end ill be fine just wanted to make sure if I wanted to try with the Insulin pin that it would still work. Thanks brothers
I use 25g or 23g x 1" for delts
So 25s will work brothers right. I got from 23 to 29 for tris. So ya and bf is under 6% in the pic folks
SwolePatrole7Deff. Not 4% BF in the pic thats for sho...but thats some tiny ass pins..i used 23 g 1 inch in my delts..seems like itd be hard as f*ck to push the oil in with pins that thin???
