+ 1 Pills or caps?? That is the question.....
So im at work and i get talking to my friend who lifts and has done a few cycles from what i gather. He turns to me and sais" what is better? Caps or orals?" I said i dont know nor do i care as long as it has in it whats supposed to be in it im good. Am i? I dont know. So today im bored at work. This is a good article on pills and how you can get a batch of say 100 pills and they have differences. Say anadrol 50mg same batch of 50 and 1 is at 25mg. Well this article explains how and why. I always did think pills are better but from what im learning is caps can be made with no extras like fillers. Its all 100 percent product as long as is good raws. Ive put enough garbage in my body i could use a little less garbage and alot more gear. Bahaha. Read on fellas....

I always picture some creepy guy, with a runny nose and filthy hands, filling each capsule, off of some dirty table.
Tabs seem less of putting.
My opinion is that if a lab has the means to press tabs, then they are investing in there products... capsules are inconsistent in my opinion and experience.And if tabs are in blisters, even better sign..
ClassyChassisI prefer liquid orals. Whether a solution or a suspension it's easy enough to split dosages as well as get a consistent dose. I know some don't care for the taste but for me, whatever.
I agree with many below.
I will add , If an UGL is manufacturing pills the process is more costly and time consuming. More than likely in this scenario the same UGL is not skimping on the quality of the raws used to produce the pills.
That being said while a cap may not contain fillers more than likely they do. Caps are produced inexpensively and often haphazardly. Also for many, a split oral dosage would be virtually impossible and at the very least impractical when using caps.
In my opinion pills always over caps. Just too many variables that can go wrong in the caps department for my money.
If the UGL has shitty mixing procedures whether it be caps or pills the dosages will be all over the place. Typically what i have seen is that tablets require a greater investment to produce and the sources are more careful with mixing/producing the tabs and they appear more accurately dosed. Capsules it tends to be a crapshoot and I wont use them. Plus there is no way to accurately split capsules if you don't like the dose.

That's why I don't mess with ugl. Too inconsistent. The sources I've been sticking to all have large scale production labs. However one very large lab has some shitty aromasin hard pressed or should I say soft pressed tabs that crumble when you try to split them so its still a crapshoot
That's true they'd need a pill press (as far as I know , there might be some other way) which isn't cheap where as caps can be filled by anyone in their moms basement.
I'm always scared that caps are overdosed. That can be very dangerous especially by AI's or fat burners like clen etc.
If you assume the product is as advertised in both pill or capsule form, it comes down to bioavailability and absorption speed. A capsule should dissolve quicker, but in many cases, you don't want to digest the product in your stomach. Pills should dissolve slower, but I've taken several UGL pills that basically fall apart in your mouth and throat... probably not a good thing.
Buffered pills on the other hand is probably what we'd want to get past the stomach and into our system better.

I prefer pills cause I think that the absorbation is a bit higher, maybe thats also the reason why you find pharma grade gear mostly in pills/tabs. Another reason why I prefer pills is cause they are nearly all easy to split (as already mentioned below).
You're right caps can be made without any fillers but a lot caps include nevertheless fillers and that is the reason why they hit your stomach more than pills, for sure pills can also include bad fillers they cause heartburn and so on but I personally get much more stomach probs with caps!
But if he tolerates both I think the difference is not so big, for sure its just important that the raws are good quality.
Thats why i said i dont care as long as its dosed right. Some people get really into it. I did yrs ago. Taking pills at certain times and carring them with me but im older more wise about carring shit. Now i just pop away.
Personally I prefer pills just because its easy to split them. I split 1mg arimidex pills into 8th's , it would be a pain in the ass for me to split the powder in 1mg caps into 8ths . Most caps do have filler I'd say because take a 0.5mg dutasteride capsule , the capsule is quite big and 0.5mg is a tiny amount so they use filler , its liquid filler for some reason so I'm not going to try to split that if I wanted to take 0.25mg a day :-)
Yeah that would be a pain in the ass. It would be a trigger for me to be splitting powder also. I need to watch what i do. It sets off my brain in a bad direction.
