Some of you may have already noticed posting gear pics no longer gets you automatic points. After a few years of it being like this all MODs and admin decided that it has been abused and we spend to much time running around checking into it. furthermore it doesnt seem like a very legit way for getting karma so we have removed the automatic point feature. everything else still works as normal.

I have it on a VHS tape bro......... dark hair, fkn big moustache, and piss wet through from sweating because i didnt know how to pose with full control and the ab wall pulsing in and out before i learnt how to breath with my lungs instead of using the diaphragm like we all do without realising we do it ... so much to learn back then but that was the challenge and i thrived on it
Ah, good ole VHS. I remember them. I am not 100% but I may still have one down in the basement somewhere,lol. I just realized I have some pretty big moments on VHS myself that I should probably get at converting to digital. Time flies brother....
