+ 7 posting peoples info and threatening their families
over the years its happened to a few people and MODs have always came down on sources that do this. In the beginning I would try to have them removed from eroids, but as eroids grew it got to a point where we had to step back and say let the community put the smash on them, because the reality is you guys run the site we just enforce rules.
But now lately we got some people, two that are sources operating outside of eroids due to removal, and the newest danger, that seem to think that they are gonna pump fear into the site by posting info, sending screenshots of emails they sent to the FEDS, and contacting people via text message on their personal phones and threatening their families.
We play by the rules of the game, and that is that we dont post personal info of people even when we got it. But I got to say we are starting to get a little pissed off about the rules. Especially when posting our info doesnt hurt us, the FEDs give 2 shits about someone that enforces rules on a review website. for us its childsplay.
But here we have been sitting on several names, and locations of these individuals. not states but addresses. Some recent info and some very old info. And if we wanted more info, we could just ask a source to send a guy a full cycle for giving us an anonymous PM. I mean really do people think they are that invisible?
Or maybe if we get pushed enough we could play their game, they shared our info with someone but they would never post it!(or so we are told)lol...well OK, so how about we give out their personal info to 10-15 guys that we know are using them and let those guys punk them for cycles or money with the threat of exposing them?
The consequences for them are far greater then us, but its getting old. spamming the site all the time with bullshit. what do you guys think we should do?

Considering this has only been targeted at MODs so far I would say it's not the same. Plus this info is coming from people that ain't on here, and it's been going on for over a year. It really ain't the same as your situation, which was scared to give a source your order number, a source that is on eroids, where the site has leverage against them, where posting info would severely damage their reputation....
Do you have their info? Two can play at this game. Post there shit up, we got lots of members. He was directly involsd in 2 sources, one that we know went down and the owners in jail. And he's gonna talk about ratting to the Feds tafter his old boss didnt roll on him when he went down. Coward. Gonna miss u as a mod Noid. I hope u still contribute from time to time. I missed out on the particulars of this situation as well. I'm surprised that anybody could get so angry they would want to bring real legal trouble to anybody associated with this site. My next door neighbor growing up was a real life Tony Soprano to those who are familiar with that old TV show. And, I did a stupid thing when I was younger and he made the problem disappear. People like that do exist, they are real. If someone here was putting me or my family in danger and I was able to find out who it is in real life, I have a very good idea of what I would do about it. Just costs money is all.

What's the end game for them? What are they trying to accomplish? Just payback for getting booted from the site ? Which was their own fault correct? In any event, i did not want to retire my tag over these lames, and I dont think that it will stop their bullshit, but I got to much good shit going on in my life to be wasting time fucking with children. So I think at this point, for the best interest of the site its time for me to move on and enjoy my life worry free of the bullshit. If I stay here im gonna post up info and stoop to these little bitches level...

I think at the minimum we as a community should know who's behind this. As far releasing real names and addys and such. You have to ask what you are truly trying to accomplish. Are you hoping LE takes notice? Cause that's nothing but snitching, which I will never condone. Are you hoping a bro will live close by, and have a talk with them (euphemism)? That's walking a very dangerous line obviously. This just seems like a no win situation, but if you atleast tell us the SRCs (and all of their resellers), we can hit them in the wallet.

Wow why would any source do this? It's so bad for business. Who is goin to order from someone that will release there info. Have u contacted the people here that have had there info released? I would like to know if I was one of the people this was happening too. This is an illegal game but the sources have so much more to lose
