Are you being serious here... no you cant be!.... you,ve just put this up to wind me up hav,nt ya lol............ walk in my gym with a phone and you would get d/bell cluster bombed.

Stuff like this doe,s my head in just like the the shit you read in magazines that say you should spend no more than 45min-1hr doing your workout WTF!.... believe me guys that shit comment was created to make personal trainers more money by having people on a one hour conveyor belt.... you try to do just my chest workout in one hour?.. lmfao!..... there is NO WAY on this fucking earth a hardcore 20 set compound, upper, mid, lower, outer pec workout can be done correctly with warm-ups and full power rested reps.... anyone that it can is a fkn joker and thats the reason you still have a sunken under-developed chest.

SO.... the moral of this story is if you want to grow dont trust all the fkn hype and look at the bigger picture to see were the cash factor comes into play..... if you want to look like a marathon runner go ahead and train fast, BUT if you want to be a bodybuilder SLOW THAT SHIT DOWN and work that muscle to destroy not only fast twitch fibers just under the skin but get down and dirty and really hit those slow twitchers really hard and heavy to get some real gnarly gains........ THE ONLY thing a bodybuilder should do fast!.. is get the calories rolling again as soon as that w/out is over.... and THAT is THAT my friends Smile

I use jefit. I design my own training program but there are plenty to download through the app or website. Syncs with the jefit website. It's a great app for tracking progress. I personally paid a few bucks for the pro version and it's been well worth it to me.

People probably think I text alot but it's just a quick input and back to what I was doing. I refuse to text while working out. Lol. I'm not there to socialize

ive used jefit in the past and so has my woman, its a got a great routine setup and easy to use, the ability to design a routine based on your goals. i like it, and its the only phone app i would recommend to anyone. it has some very advanced things and some very simple.
