+ 5 Patience is key

ad

Ok Guys and Gals,
I see so many guys on here that have zero patience for order, learning and results.
1. Orders take time, literally sit back and fuckin wait my goodness some of you are annoying lol please learn to trust a source that has been around for years or a new guy that is working his way up. You don't know his/her situation or wtf is going on with his life at that moment. Shit happens but your order will end up at your door, ya there are bad sources out here sometime but the MODs catch them quickly.
2. How many of you newbs or even regulars on here actually take time to look around and learn witch compound does what, what you need on hand to counter act its sides and what a PCT is. I see too many guys quick to jump on some hard ass cycle because they want the best results possible, honestly your first cycle if it is only a Test cycle you will see gains like no other and be perfectly happy with it all. Learn what an AI is and determine witch one you feel you will need, understand the difference between ESTERS and there half life's. There are so many key things that so many look passed and just go with what they seen or heard a buddy do. Take weeks, months even half a year to LEARN your GEAR. You'll be much happier Smile
3. Why are so many of you quick to expect results when you take a long ester compound? Its called a Long ester for a reason brotha it takes its sweet time to kick it and you need to have patience with these compounds, but once they do kick in your gonna love the feeling, results and be happy. And I'm also curious why do so many of you want to take gear that gives you insane results quickly? This is more towards the newbs to gear. You guys see so many guys talking about Tren and how effective and strong and quickly you will see insane results, but what you guys need to do is take a slower route and obtain a great foundation before you even start thinking about pounding in stronger compounds like tren. You need to have patience and build yourself into a nice look so that when you do start running stronger things you won't have a muscle that is weaker looking or weaker in strength to your other muscles. If you want to obtain the results you desire you should take it slower, this is my opinion guys. Get mad or not but I believe being patient with your body is a better route then just pushing the shit out of it to get quick ass results.

Love you all and I hope this gives some of you guys a little thought before you run your first cycle or rethink your next in a good way

We all live in an "instant gratification" world. No one wants to wait for anything...however, looking at the seriousness of gear and how it affects our body should give us great pause. Not sure how you can change this? There are always guys in the gym willing to sell to "kids" simply because there is a dollar to be made. These young guys talk about gains in weeks, not months. There is a learning curve that we all must adhere to if we are to succeed. Love the post.

Honestly I workout with a long sleeve and sweat pants on everyday. I know results are happening but I don't want to stare at myself in the mirror everyday expecting to see something new. It takes time and a lot of beating your muscles up to create them into what you want, Ill go a month or so untill I wear a short sleeve shirt in the gym just to check our the results I am gaining and I just love it man. If these guys would hide there bodies from themselves for a month or 2 at a time and then actually check themselves out in the gym they would be so much happier with the results. People expect to have bulging big ass muscles way too soon

This post is waaaaayyyy toooo long!!!! I don't want to take the time to read it all!! I'm sure it doesn't contain anything that pertains to me. I think I'll go pin some tren-a, tren-e, test-e, test-p, tne, eq, npp, deca, take some anadrol, anavar, dbol, do a little slin, and top it off with some synthol. I want to grow NOW! What's the worst that could happen? LOL

In all reality, this was a great post and I hope many will read and follow it. Thanks for the post! +1

A few months to a year of learning will give you a totally different perspective on something before you run it. It a lot hard then people thinking just shooting up some juice and eating food, much more complicated then that

Your sentiments here are, of course, the right ones. It is also easy for folk like me that have 20 years in the gym and 15 of 'em juice jacked to kick back and lecture young people on patience. They are most likely never gonna catch me unless they are one of those rare genetic wonders and we don't have a chemical out there yet that produces that mass and density that only comes with muscle maturity. It's one of those - I wanna look like that guy - but it's never gonna happen and no amount of Tren will make it so. The young men in my gym want what they want and they want it now and they ain't gonna get it. Period. You should see the bird legs on this crowd. Makes me laugh. Intensity? In the gym? Too busy chatting it up with their lady friends on the cell phone. But you, my friend Baha, you have control over your destiny. I think trying to influence the thoughts and perspectives of others in the gym that are obviously deluded and clueless will wear away at you - even though it is obvious your intentions are benevolent ones indeed.

Its so hard to teach someone patience when they want fast results, I'm always going to try and try and tell people that patience is always key to everything you want in life. Sure somethings come a lot quicker to others then it does to another but still if you dream and dream hard you can achieve anything you believe and want. I just dream and I chase that dream untill it will be reality one day, not many people have the drive and determination that I do to achieve there dreams but I will push someone has hard as I can to get them there

Bro,

Have u seen the stats on some of these new guys coming in? They make claims like I've been lifting 5 years and such and they look like concentration camp victims from WW II. When I do legs it fucking makes me nauseated esp if I hit a couple of 585 lb sets in the squat rack. And, that's bodybuilding only, I have no interest in power lifting. These kids don't even know where the squat rack is but they have the stinking nerve to come up to me and ask me if I can hook 'em up with gear??? They don't want to squat, or deadlift or row with big weights cause they don't want to do any stinking work. Watching them train gives me the hiccups I laugh so hard I swallow my spit down the wrong shaft. I'm willing to help a young man out and not even charge him any money if I think he has some drive and talent.

You're a good brother. I can only give you 1 point, but I'm happy to do it.

Yes I see all kinds of kids that do all this upper body workouts, some here some there and call it a day. So many want to ask me they aren't gettin any bigger while I am making gains and results. I don't see any of them put it the hard work dedication that is needed to see the results one desires, its sad but I stil will throw my tips towards them and see if they will take my advice and use it. Some are arrogant and say "I know what I'm doing" but still look the same for the last 3 years I have known them. While the others I try to help and tweak there movements and techniques to improve the muscle they want, like the one kid at my gym he keeps on doing squats in the same exact position and I keep telling him he needs to rotate stances so he can have a balanced squat and rounded legs. I know what you mean man some of these guys piss me off but I just cringe when I see them trying so much fuckin weight and hurting there bodies in the wrong way, I just give out my advice and hope they use it. I feel better knowing I tried!!
And I appreciate the +1 Smile
