hey guys looking for a decent gym were you can just pay a day fee as im off on vacation there this wednesday for two weeks and need to keep the training going!
preferably a bodybuilding gym Smile
any help would be great!
pm me if you live in orlando to need a training partner 20 weeks out havent timed it to great lol!

Hey, I just saw your post. Not sure where you are staying but not far from the theme park area there is a golds gym (in the Dr. Phillips neighborhood off Sand Lake Road) and a PFGym also near there. There are LA Fitness facilities all over.
If you are in the downtown area, there are a lot of great private (non-franchise) gyms that will work with you.

hey thanks bro! yeh i think im gunna settle for 'the gym downtown' have you trained there??
just as its cheap and non contract, were as i think golds is far more to just pay by the day!! sent you a friend request then ill pm you!

Accepted. The GYM downtown is a decent place. I trained there for two years when I was working downtown (in the suburbs now). It's got everything you need. Tends to be busy at 5-7pm like all gyms. Ask them about their free parking in the garage next door. A lot of people pay to park b4 they realize the gym has an arrangement with the garage.
It changed hands a little while ago, but I think they are still 24 hours...or at least extended hours.

See what gyms are in the area - if there's a golds gym, LA Fitness, or anytime fitness you can get a free guest pass on their website.

thanks bud! managed to find one now looks so sweet 29$ no contract and 24hour! full of ivanko and hammerstrength!
