ive been here for little over a year and I just want to say thank you to the community! When I first came here, like many people, thinking I knew way more than I did. I never claimed to know anything but I at least thought I had intermediate level of knowledge. Well was I wrong!
I had done 3 cycles by the time I came here and thought I was on the smart track to having an amazing physique, worthy of being a pro in physique. I figured I knew food, training and drugs and I was so wrong. The mods and some of the vets here know what it takes to be a winner. I didn't just learn about drugs, I learned about being a winner, a champion and a man. I know that sounds cheesy and corny but it's the truth. I would come on here three times a day and read everything I could and be disappointed when nothing was new in the last two hours. This place humbled me. And my trainer/friend last time he saw me, even remarked about my increase in maturity when it comes to competing.
I've always appreciated bodybuilding from the scientific side and the beauty of the place is we have guys that too appreciate the science and not just gym or bro science. Some of the studies that the members have brought here are absolutely amazing, especially how they researched many to make a point.
This site, believe it or not, has helped me make better improvements NATURALLY than I ever did with drugs. From the monster shake of Vikings to other tidbits on training and dieting, I've manipulated my physique to levels I thought only possible with drugs.
And lastly, I want to thank all the members but two most importantly as their information has helped me the most. Viking, you're the motherfucking boss! And just as importantly for me, Makwa.
