Before reading this i will state that you must READ THE RULES OF EROIDS!!! your life will be alot easier on here if you do.

Okay i realize i missed some problems that occur quite frequently so i figured id make a second pt to this guide. i will be touching on the following:

1)ive placed and order what do i do?

2)my donation was picked up and i havent received a response from the source

3)my order has shipped, i havent received my gear.

4)i received my gear but im not happy with the way it turned out.

i realize i will touch on some things already touched on but i think its best to have them all answered at once on 1 thread. sorry im not jacking your posts..credit is due to those who posted about the same topic.

1)ive placed an order, what do i do now?

its gunna sound crazy...but you wait. (shocking i know) rule #1 when it comes to cycle planning is PLAN AHEAD! that way waiting isnt a problem. you must realize that these sources whether they are domestic or int'l, 90% of them operate on a large scale. so your not the only one ordering. they receive hundreds of orders everyday. patience is a virtue guys so plan ahead. IF, you havent received your confirmation then wait at least a week before posting on a source thread about not receiving confirmation...it creates less clutter and looks good on your part.

2) my donation was picked up but i havent received a response from the source?

again back to the amount of orders/donations these guys receive daily...patience. now payment is a little bit more of a concern than order placement...id say give the source anywhere from 3-4 days to contact you about donation pick up before creating a big ordeal on their thread. if the source picks up your donation and doesnt contact you after the allotted time..take this process, email/pm/source thread/review. that way others know that you were selectively scammed because you took correct steps to address the matter.

3) my order has shipped but i havent received my gear?
you will see i revert back to the one word, patience. you need to learn to wait..they list a T/A timeframe because anything can happen during delivery of your package. should your package not arrive in the allotted time frame, approach the source via email/pm and discuss the matter, believe it or not sources arent perfect, sometimes an order slips through the cracks and doesnt get sent...it happens. Should this happen the source should let you know and ship out your package. if the source ignores your claim, then you have taken the steps and can publicly address the matter on the source thread. and ultimately leave a review should the matter not be addressed at all.

4) i received my gear but im not happy with the way it turned out?
well whats wrong with it? crashed? not filled enough? approach the source first before posting a pic. take the professional route before raising hell on eroids. a picture of say a hair in the oil can create a cluster f*ck of paranoia and rumors. so approach the source first before blasting them. if they refuse to take action whether it be compensation or a reship then you have taken the steps to post a pic and address the matter publicly.
