my gym buddy and i were debating on ways to isolate your chest and he chose the cable crossovers, which is a grea exercise but i chose to try and deplete my triceps and then hit chest(light weight) and it felt great. difficult as hell, but i made sure form was correct and my chest was pumped.
thoughts? opinions? just lookin for some ways to isolate my chest.

1jakd_hipyFly's are your best bet, I don't isolate chest often but when I do I like to put a bench in the cable crossover machine and do my fly's like that so there's constant contraction
my chest is pumped from thinkin about doin those. thanks for the input jakd. definately will include that into my arsenal
1jakd_hipyNot a problem brother... I'll usually do 4x12 flat and then 2 sets of incline and decline
