New "Classic Bodybuilding" Division

ad

The article is down below, it was a great read and made some awesome points. As someone who wanted to start competing in bodybuilding very soon it made me think, never have been interested and still am not in mens physique, but now talk of this "classic bodybuilding" though, is almost in-between the two and seems like it could be better all around and much healthier long term. What do you guys think?

Great post man! I like the classic look way better, and it's so much easier to buy cloths!

I think it's word for word, what I am attempting to do right now and have been for awhile already....Hell, let me rephrase that, I'm not attempting anything; I'M FUCKING DOING IT! I will be another Mike Mintzer or Dan Dapper... I WILL BE +1 For getting my blood pressure up and heartbeating, I felt that burst of passion, I feel when I walk into the gym, just reading this bro... I see another awesome opportunity for me on that narrow horizon brother...

Nice, I've always strived for the physique look... A lean streamlined appearance as opposed to being mass monster. This seems like an interesting take on things.

I think it will appeal to many more competitors as most people will NEVER be able to achieve the amount of mass that is now needed to be competitive in body building contests. For most of us that live a normal life, incorporating the body building lifestyle in it, the classic bodybuilding model is more attractive. Let's face it, from a purely attractiveness standpoint, most women will prefer the leaner, harder look to that of the monster mass look. I believe the leaner, harder look is also more doable for most of us. And at my age, I know I feel a lot better being big (not monstrous), hard and lean. I also look better than most of the guys at my gym. In fact the only guys I think look better than me, are the ones that are leaner...not bigger.
