Need some advice.. at an all time low
Back when I was 19-21 I looked amazing. I was training hard and not even following my diet too much.. just ate clean. Everyone thought I was on steroids when I was natural. Went into a bit of depression after my fiance and I split.. was also working a lot so I ended up completely losing my physique. I got a tattoo I already regret too.
I started training hard again.. went at it for 3 months and I was still skinny fat. I was frustrated because I was doing everything right with diet and nutrition. Went on for another 6 months and I started to see minor changes. I just didn't understand why I was still looking skinny fat because before I looked so good. I don't know if depression has a direct correlation with your physique but it sure seems like it.
The start of this year I decided to get on steroids.. I know I'm going to get a lot of heat for what I'm about to admit. I never got blood work and I haven't come off testosterone since I started which was 6 months ago. The idea of blast and cruise does appeal to me if I was actually getting results. I love the bodybuilding lifestyle and I know I'll be training for the rest of my life. I just don't know what is wrong with my body right now. I haven't taken any crazy dosages and I've been following standard protocol with everything. I've been cruising on 250mgs of test. I'm still skinny fat though.. It's making me even more depressed. I'm working so fcking hard and I'm eating correctly and it's just so unsettling to look in the mirror and see no results.
I'm at an all time low right now and I tried to post this on another forum and I basically got flamed out. Not looking for confrontation. I'm a going into my 3rd year as an engineering student.. I'm not some dumbass but I have been making ridiculously poor decisions. I really need some solid advice.. Do I get a coach? I don't even know where to start to find one nor do I have the funds right now. After I finish up my semester I'm going to be getting a job again. This semester was just killer.. social life is close to zero. My life is a complete mess right now.. my dick isn't even getting fully hard anymore.. I'm more moody and have bad anxiety at night. Going on a downward spiral.
I'm willing to work hard and I have been I just don't know what the hell is going on. My hard work is just not doing anything. I work harder in the gym than anyone else I know. The thing that frustrates me the most is that I know it's not genetics because I looked legit before.

That is so wrong on so many levels. You cannot have absolute control over life events. Shit happens all the time.
Working hard is not enough. Is your body fat concentrated around your waistline? Mental stress promotes muscle breakdown and fat gain by ramping up cortisol. Once this mechanism ensues, fat loss is almost impossible, no matter what you do. Key to success is peace of the mind, my friend. I went from a 220 pounds fatass, depressed couch potato to a lean, active, self-confident young man, until endocrine issues catched up with my life. You don't want to mess with hormones trust me.
Quit that stupid cruising and do proper pct ASAP. You don't need aas for what your looking for.
Embrace positive thinking, depression self-fuels with obsessive thought about worthlessness, loneliness, and failure. These will pop up in your mind randomly, make a commitment to yourself and stop lingering all that self pity. It's a vicious cycle that you ought to break.
Proper diet also helps a lot! Just as someone already wrote, focus your research on nutrition instead.
You are young and healthy enough to change things for the better, mate. Best of luck.

It's a little rough around the edges. I was raised on tough love bro. Sometimes it slaps you into reality a bit.
Bro you are getting a lot of hand outs here and good advice from some reputable member's don't let it go to waste. Take advantage of it and pick there brains bro. What do you have to loose? Nothing, but you have a lot to gain all the way around. Don't let the tags fool bro, they don't make anyone better than any other, there are all ranks of good member's on this forum, new to veteran's.
Just my 2 cents.
So I posted trying to help this young man out and left him hanging due to life issues. So +1 to everyone that was giving him good and helpful advice. Including a stranger that looks like he's been here a while but I've never seen or heard of. Welcome back Iron_Addict
???
Meaning I didn't respond to him and when I came back there was way more info and advice posted than I could of helped him with anyways. I think I need a break. Time to get my shit in order. Peace out Bros
If you're stressed about school or a relationship then your cortisol levels are going to be through the roof. Unless you're managing the stress, cortisol will stay elevated and it will have a negative impact on your body. That's some of the issues that you may have had with the changes in your body.
Everyone already said, but it's solid advice. Get off now, pct, and get your self in the right mental state. Once you're together mentally, focus on diet and training, perfecting those things. Don't research aas cycles, research macro nutrients, performance nutrition and different training methods. You're way too young to make a commitment to cruising. Some of us made that mistake and speak from experience.
Get your mind right, then worry about everything else. If you need help, send me a message. I can help you with diet and a training protocol once your head is in check and your ready.
Everyone keeps mentioning pct and an endocrinologist. I agree. But don't forget mental health. Talk a head dr, therapist, psychologist, whatever...I'd refuse any meds they try to throw at you though.
The only reason I see to get bloodwork done at this point is to see if your estrogen is high, which it probably is, since you most likely didn't know what you're doing.
Everyone has given you great advice, exactly what i would say. And 6 months on isn't too long to never fully recover especially at your age you have a great Chance at that. You will probably start to feel better once you get on a good long pct plan and depression and anxiety will go away. You asked for help and you got it, this is what you should do.
Yep hormones bro will fuck your head all up.
I have been there before.
One minute I want to fight next minute I want to cry cause for my feeling hurt. Shit is no joke for sure.
High estrogen isn't as bad as crashed estrogen omg that's awful.
Hell yeah does joints popping and hurting just from laying in bed screw that LOL
Oh man I crashed my estrogen one time. One time no more fuck that I felt like I got eat by a goat and shit off a cliff.
Lmao
:-)
Perfect timing.

Good int source with pharma pct products.
For real tho
First off you're 23 and talking blast and cruise. I'm not bashing you I'm stating what you said.
Blast and cruise do you really know what that means?
That means us old fuckers natty is shot to shit and has been for years so no need for us to pct in my opinion.
You 23 and talk this and it will fuck you up and there is no going back and pin for life and no missing pins or here comes the real feel like shit ville.
The things you spoke first is just a part of life and we all have gone through hard times and some still are so don't feel bad about those things move on.
You feel like shit is probably your hormones are screwed up and messing with your head and shit.
Get your mind straight set down and really really think things over and make a well thought out decision and it might not be what you want.
Something for you to think about bro.
1) get your shit together first.
2) get on a strong PCT, you have a good chance of recovery I hope. I'd seek out CryHavoc as he has helped set me in the right direction in the past. You can recover, there's guys on here who have cruised for over a decade and recovered. Seek an Endo, and get on the right path.
3) learn the ways of the Kitchen. Become one with the Kitchen. Become a Kitchenmaster.
4)Stop masturbating into socks.
What about masturbating on a towel.......
or a used tube sock........
Carlos was saying something about a plastic bag and a paper towel tube.
Nice, easy clean up I guess. lol
We have to be on better behavior we have a lady in here littletigar which is a ROCK STAR to mengle with our crazy asses. :-)
If littletigar is reading this and her towels no longer feel soft and fluffy she knows why now!! Helping a young kid get his head straight AND educating folk about towel ruining masturbation... Now thats what this forum is all about lmao.
You lost it. ;-)
Tube sock Still constitutes a sock. So no.
And masturbating on a towel leaves them all crunchy, they never have the same fluff they once did bro. Good towels ain't cheap!
Sounds you have had exsperience with this. lol
After coming back and reading this, I think I might have a hard time putting on my socks tomorrow lol not to mention the damn towels!! Boys will be boys..
So, at 19-21 you were amazing, now at 23 you are skinny fat and nothing you do is working, even though you say you are doing everything right. Does that sum it up?
I don't usually respond to these type posts, and I'm sure I'm going to regret it. The answer is something that you don't want to hear, and probably won't heed to, but here goes.
Stop taking the test and start a full pct.
You should go see a doctor / endo.
Get bloodwork to see how bad you've screwed yourself up.
Don't take anymore steroids.
All of these symptoms are examples of steroids gone wrong due to improper use, lack of education and experience.
PS. This is not to flame you. This is the answer you need, just probably not the one you are looking for. Also at 23, you're body is still growing. Adding steroids at this age can really screw you up, even though there are plenty of people who do it anyway. Come to think of it, there are plenty of people who are just plain screwed up. Good luck.
What's your body fat %. Did you run a proper PCT? I'm not giving you advice about the steroid use because you are too young. But if you ran a cycle and didn't run a proper PCT you may be still shut down. So I would get bloods first and foremost and go from. There.
I never did a PCT. I'm cruising on test
Btw if someone that has experience were to really help me out. Review my bloods. Look at my physique and training program and tell me what's wrong I'll come up with some money to pay you. I'm getting desperate here. I have tattoos and don't want to be identified so I'm not posting pics on here for the public.
Look down below and you will see catalyst answering your question. He is highly respected and knows his shit. Send him friend request or hell to any of us as well. Take catalyst up on his offer bro.
There are a lot of good guys here that will help you for free if you really mean it and listen to them bro. Believe me I have been helped many times
Here's some more valuable but free advice. DON'T offer to pay anybody on here or any other forum for advice or help. You are just setting yourself up for a major fkng. There are a lot of knowledgeable people on here that will help you with everything you are asking for free, excluding steroid advice, provided you are willing to learn. The answers are in your training and nutrition anyway. If you can master those, then you will grow. If you can't, no amount of steroids will make up for it.
No point looking at your blood work whilst you're on gear, it won't tell us anything other than you're using test. You see the problem?
At your age it's highly likely you'd bounce back IF you come off, pct and get rid of this self administered TRT idea. The longer you don't do that, the less likely that recovery is.
At 23 years of age, your goals in life will no doubt change. At your age I wanted my own martial arts dojo, never having kids and had no intentions of getting married. Wrong on all three fronts when you consider my current career, my wife and my daughter 18 years later.
The guys here including myself will help without money. The only cost to you is to put an end to the short term decision making, the decisions you've openly said have been poor. I'll help you, but you've got to help yourself first.
rocketballz^^^ This is the advice you NEED to hear, probably not what you want to hear. Catalyst is an outstanding and knowledgable source about many topics discussed here on eroids...primarily due to his experience. Wisdom comes with experience. Wisdom also comes with learning from one's mistakes and not making the same ones over and over. Expecting different results from the same poor decisions is Einstein's definition of insanity. So give your body and mind a break and come off the AAS. Research or reach out to those offering it and you have a decent shot at one day having a life, kids, family, and a set of balls to boot!!
We dont give aas advice to people under 25...get off the test do a strong pct then get some blood work done to see if your natural test has recovered..then learn how to eat and train ...you sound like a guy in his fifties not early 20s
Put yourself in my position. Would you really just listen to a guy telling you to go on a 'long pct' when you know that there is a good chance you will never be recovered because you've been on for so long? A depressed guy going on a 'long pct' after using tren? It's a recipe for disaster and I have no one to ask questions if I were to try and pull that stunt. Guys under 25 use gear all the time and i have aspirations to compete once I get my shit together.. It wouldn't be in my best interested to just try and come off get more depressed.. lose more gains to only get bloodwork and realize that I will never fully recover. If you were to structure your opinion with some valid points then I could take your advice legitimately but how do you expect me to just sit there and say "Oh okay" to that. Not trying to start a confrontation.. just stating my side i attempt to come to a solution. I'm not selectively choosing what I want to hear I just need a bit more foundation before I pull a stunt like that.
Obviously you have no clue what your doing to start with thats how you got here...so why not start listening to advice ...valid points
1 your too young for gear most those under 25 guys your talking about using end up like you
2 you dont know how to eat and train right or else you would have made progress with out gear
3 at your age i believe if you pct correct you can get your natural test back
4 you dont need to blast and cruise to keep your gains ..ie you dont have any clue what your doing
Overall my advice if you listened too you could get your endo back and achieve your goals we're here to help you
Because it is your judgment has gotten you into this situation. All your best thinking has gotten you to this desperate point. By staying on, you'll never even give your body the chance to even try and recover. You are personally dooming yourself to endocrine hell at a young age. The guys here are not out to get you, I think you know that they are going to say what you dont want to hear. But if you want to get out of the situation you are in, be an adult and face the fact that no one is going to encourage you to stay on. Post your split, post your diet and routine. There is a wealth of knowledge rich people out here that can help you. It sound like to me, it might be time to consider some emotional support as well. Friends or family you can talk to?
Very well put tigar. Nice to see you around chatting with us meat heads.
Welcome to level 3. :-)
Good advice I think.
Thank you, I'm glad it is received well, coming from a woman. Even meat heads need a little emotional sensitivity every once in a while..
ha ha no problem I like to see the women around with us crazy asses. Sometimes its good to hear from the woman side.Wish you and your big meat head many more years of happiness together tigar.
The wife and I 23rd wedding anniversary this Friday.
Been a long hard road sometimes and also we have had a ball to and 2 grown kids later still going strong.
;-)
Wow, I congratulate you and your wife, 23 years and two kids is no walk in the park!! In this day and age, that is something to treasure. And thank you, that means alot to us
You are very welcome. ;-)
