NEED HELP ASAP, HYPOGONADISM

I have been training off and on for the past 5 years, but quite drinking and smoking a little over a year ago and started to seriously train. Diet on point(clean), protein and supplements in check. Routines and form were being researched and implemented.
Anyways, I was turned on to a prohormone (DNA SUST 250) by someone who worked at a supplement/nutrition store. I wanted to gain some mass, and was still new to the game and wasn't ready for injectables. He also sold me a product for a PCT ( Choatic Labz- ANNIHILATION). I completed my 4 week cycle and my PCT. Felt great. Broke PR's, pumps were awesome, just all around great experience. I did take a on-cycle organ protection supplement. But I did have liver pains, but that was it.
That was 3 months ago, when I finished PCT. I decided I wanted to start my first cycle of AAS. Did tons of research and talked to several people on this site and got great recommendations. So I went in to the Docs last week to get blood work done so I can get Test levels
Here's were shit goes all wrong.... Got test results back today
liver enzymes ALT(SGPT) Reference Range- 0-41 U/L My levels- 204
liver enzymes AST(SGOT) Reference Range- 0-37 U/L My levels -48
GFR MDRD (Kidney function) Reference Range- 60-200 My levels- 57
AND HERE IS THE WORST OF THEM ALL!!!!!!
Testosterone,Total Reference Range- 240-950 ng/dl My levels- <7.0
HE SAID THAT MY TEST LEVELS WERE NOT EVEN DETECTABLE ON THE BLOOD TESTS
I have an appointment with an endocrinologists in 3 days....I need to know what can be done or what to expect!
are HCG treatments a good idea, or are HRT needed ASAP
PLEASE HELP ME, IM FREAKIN OUT RIGHT NOW.
doctor said to stop all supplement and protein intake till they can get a treatment set up for my liver and kidney disorders, and set up a HRT treatment.

Google "Scally PCT Protocol."
Dr. Michael Scally has several different protocols that can supposedly bring back anyone from hypogonadism after androgen cessation, even if it was someone whose been abusing for years on end. You can find most of his information on boards, or even consult with him. He was the only known doctor studying and practicing exclusively in anabolic steroid induced hypogonadism during a time where the medical community does NOT recognize this condition nor is there an FDA-approved treatment for it.
Eventually he had to end his practice and his medical license was revoked due to the nature of his medical practices, but his methods live on.
Don't know so much about to fix your liver numbers but my kidney numbers were the same a few months back. I cut out any bad habits I had, stopped eating red meat and drank about 1 1/2 gallons of water a day with a cranberry extract supplement. My number was a 57 also and my latest blood test had that number at 87 and my creatine and BUN levels were well within normal range. I'll be posting that blood work in a few weeks with my 7 week blood test since Im on cycle again...good luck
GearofWarUmm, I'd say the liver and kidney function values are the worst, NOT the test levels. You can survive without Test but liver and kidneys not so much. I would definitely have them zero in on the reasoning behind the liver and kidney values and then look at the Test issue IMO. Sure being low on test is shitty(I know I'm on TRT) but there are very easy ways to fix Test production like TRT protocol for life at the very very worst. I'd rather have to shoot 1ml of test a week the rest of my life and be alive and healthy. Get a handle on those liver and kidney issues my friend. The rest is fixable.
I am going to treat all these issues at once! for my liver I am eating very clean and ordered "essentiale forte" a supplement for the liver , recommended by another member on this site. Kidney functions are not that bad. Im drinking a lot of water to flush system.When I see the Endo doc this Monday I'm going to ask for the T Treatment Trifecta
-50 mg Test Cyp every third day
-0.25 Arimidex every third day
- 500iu HCG every third day
all 3 things taken at the same time. This seems to be the best treatment to save my fertility and not have any estro level problems from straight Test treatments.
i preach and preach to the gym goers to stay clear of prohormones for these exact reasons. there isnt a whole lot of help any of us can give you now. youre in a very bad spot. see your endo and hopefully they can get you rebooted and making test again soon. i would assume since you used prohormones you also used the stores prohormone PCT which is pretty much worthless in itself. if you werent going to see the endo id suggest getting a proper PCT and some essentiale forte to get the liver back to normal. actually get some essentiale forte asap its amazing if you need info on it send me a Friend request and PM me
