need help

ad

The first step in getting help is admitting you need help. For the longest time I was under the impression that my knowledge of nutrition was well above average, not the best but close because I've always had a nice physique that's always gotten me compliment everywhere I go. Ive hit a wall my last two cycles and I finally came to the conclusion that my knowledge on nutrition sucks and is at a rookie level at best. I havent got much if anything out of my current cycle. Im just wasting a cycle and time being shut down for nothing. I will not do another cycle until I finally get this rite. I think I've built a fairly impressive physique with the little knowledge I have on dieting just through my hardwork and dedication. But like I said Ive hit a plateu and I want to get to the next level and I know the only way to do that is through diet. I basically have to forget all my bad habits and everything I know and start from scratch as a rookie. So my question would be is there anyone who can help me or guide me in the rite direction so I can learn more about nutrition and get to the next level? Ive tried reading things about dieting on the internet and forums but its just random stuff and its hard to piece it all together like that ( for me at least). Everyone learns differently and its hard for me. I need a structured learning experience to where I can learn things in steps from the beginning and increase on it as I go, and obviously I havent found anything that's helped me learn and understand it all. I know we have the diet clinic but I dont have a structured diet for everyone to critique. I just basically make sure I get and adequate amount of protein a day for my muscle building needs and when I wanted to cut Ive always just starved myself and that's gotten me pretty far but its only gotten me so far and I wanna go alot further.

Your pics look really great brother. I was never happy with my body in my 20's although like you i got a lot of compliments. You are still young and it takes awhile for your muscles to reach maturity. i'm close to 50 now and I wish I had this body in my 20's. I never ran any gear until my mid 40's though. I like to google old school bodybuilders diets like Arnold or Dorian and incorporate some of their eating plans into my own.

I know people hate to hear this but a lot of these issues come down to genetics and body type. There are some people that can pack on serious size and stay shredded no matter what they eat. There are guys out there that everyone thinks is juicing but hasn't touched a thing in his life. You also see guys that are hitting grams of test and other shit plus eating everything in site for years and look like they just started working out yesterday. Not everyone can be a "monster". Not everyone can be shredded. Look around you at the gym, more people then you think try steroids, or have a trainer, see a dietician or whatever, and still look like shit. I looked at your pics and you look incredible. But what type of body/genetics do you have? Can you keep growing? Can you get more shredded then everyone around you. What are you looking to accomplish by taking steroids...do you have a future in this game or is it recreational like 95% of everyone around you? What's your end goal here?

Here are a couple of posts I put together that may help you get past your plateaus. You may have seen them already but they have made a world of difference for me. I can't see it not working so it is worth a try.
