I have a health food shop in my town who's owner has been saying about the health benefits of this stuff for years.
It is also meant to be good for gout and joint pain.
It's fairly cheap but tastes like shit- worst tart flavor ever!
Anyone else tried this yet?

Area-1255Yeah, heard of that. Pycnogenol is a good option too.

Ok so the juice comes in 500ml bottles for £11-25 depending on the brand.
so roughly £1- 2.50 a day.
I went into town and had a long chat with the owner of the health food shop who told me that you can buy freeze dried capsules but they are not very strong or as effective.
She also said that the more tart the flavor the more it seems to lower blood pressure.
she also said that she has 20 or so customers that had full hypertension that no longer need to take their meds after a couple of months on the juice. this is just her word and i think more study has to be done before people rely on it.
It will be interesting to see whether the effects are dose dependent?
Anything that removes the need to take more pills has to be a good thing!
Seems like everything good for you taste like shit.
All the bad stuff tatste wonderful.
Nope. Not, yet.
Good find. Keep us updated on effectiveness. +1
