non-steroid fat burner

I'm going on holiday with my better half in 2 months.
We would both like to look our best for the beach..........so I'm on low test high tren!
She doesn't touch anything steroid related so my question is what would everyone recommend as a suitable compound for her to run in the lead up.( probably wouldn't convince her of clen or eph)
She is 5ft 7inchs tall. uk size 10 and does zumba and dance classes 3x a week.
Any data input is welcome.

Honestly look at the rapid fat loss diet by lyle mcdonald. Its not the a long term solution but two three week cycles of it would shed it quick. Realize its intense as fuck and you are getting close to 85 to 90% of your calories from protein and you are in an extreme calorie deficit.

When on the diet have her walk in the morning, at lunch if possible and then light lifting at night 3 times a week with light cardio again after and on days off. By light cardio i mean walking, at most on an incline or light work on an airdyne.

Now when doing the diet, if she can handle intermittent fasting(not all women can, dont force this on her) have her eat all the calories in a 4 to 6 hour window preferably like 12 to 5 or so. Again this is optional but it would have her doing all the cardio essentially fasted and have her really burning free fatty acids like crazy.

For supplements

Eca to help lethargy and hunger
Tta500 to help fat burning @ 1000 to 2000mg a day
Rasbery ketones @1000 to 2000mg a day
Reduce xt to help lower coritisol at as many caps as you can afford per day.

The eca and reduce xt would be most important. Could add acla also.

This is when trying to keep it natural.

If you want to go the safest way have a diet. Avoid carbs and eat mostly protein. Cottage cheese, broccoli, chicken or turkey breast. Or you can get a herbal tea but its not really tasty to keep drinking it for 2 weeks.

Up the cardio, create a caloric deficit. Is she sensitive to stimulants?

she does 3x 2hour classes a week of dance based cardio. diet is pretty good- I cook from scratch most nights so fairly healthy dinners, I dont give her too large portion sizes either. She keeps the sugary drinks and sweets down to a minimum, has oatmeal for breakfast- shake and a salad for lunch.
I know that the best thing is small gradual changes- anything too much of a divergance from what she already does and I dont think she will keep it up long term.

Check out Super Osta, it's a SARM and safe for women to take. Make sure she takes half the dosage of recommended serving, normal women take 2 capsule, and men take 2 servings. It's hard to find, it's legal, but from my knowledge it's a research supplement so a lot of places don't sell it.

Orlistat 120mg capsules prevent fat from being utilised in the body and will be helpful for her losing weight, I have two lady friends using it,also clenbuterol taken 3 weeks on then 2 off, start 2 a day wk 1 then 3 a day wk 2 then 4 a day wk3, unless the shakes get too bad then either reduce the doseage or delasy the time for the next tablet,best taken twice daily (ie 1 tab in morning one in evening wk 1), for the shakes taureen supplement helps as clens eat taurine, and if you get cramps pottasium tabs. The shakes are the most common side effect and nothing to worry about, in fact it tells you there working. Also exercise if possible from fasted and a cup of black coffee 20 minutes before workout/exercise puts your bodyfat in the bloodstream to be used as energy more effectively than without.
Incidently I've shed 6.5 stone in bodyweight over the last 10 months and added muscle mass,but how is a differant story.

Oh one more thing, walking is an excellant exercise to lose bodyfat, if you are breathing through your mouth during exercise you will be burning mainly glycogen (stored in your muscles),if you can breath through your nose you are burning mainly bodyfat (once any residual food supplies have been used as energy,hence train in the morning from overnight fast if possible)

Morning Short black espresso on empty stomach followed by warm up stretch till limba.. then sprint till exhaust keep walking no stopping till you can sprint again..then sprint till exhaust again..try this at 3-5 sprints for a week and raising it 2 more sprints every week till you hit 10 on a set diet..this will rip you up is cheap very little time needed,treadmill capable and natural- yet effective.

Thanks for the replies.
One thing i've been thinking about is keto/paleo for the diet but i'm unsure how to implement them.
I just eat everything in sight non-stop so calorie restricted stuff is a bit beyond me.
Bigmurph i'm not sure if they sell eph in the pharmacies in the uk, but if they do it would be great. she wont take anything I get off the internet for her, but of the shelf in a pharmacy she would be more receptive.
What kind of doses would be right? I assume its size dependent so she is 140lbs give or take- I don't want her to be running round the room like a headless chicken!

a great diet and some cardio and a little time with the weights will do the trick. My fiance wont touch anything either but she wanted to lose a little bit and i she willingly picked up some lipo 6 extra strength i think its called, this is the label, some of the ingredients are actual decent fat burners in conjunction to a good diet

it has no dosing per weight though, just says 2 caps am 2 caps later in the day, same dosing for a 120lb female or a 220lb male, she took 2 before i thought it through and it had her wired and feeling all sorts of weird. So she only takes 1 in the morning and soon she will add 1 more later in the day probably pre workout. seems like a solid product considering its legal and sold at vitamin shoppe. Most of the stuff there is bullshit.
