What is in your collection of BB books that have helped you greatly?
anabolic primer, fantastic book that gives you the basics on everything pertinent to bodybuilding. aas, nutrition, suplemnts, vitamins and minerals doesn't go into great detail but gives a solid overview on everything.
¨Beyond brawn¨ by Stuart McRobert
¨Starting stregth¨ by Marc Rippetoe
Bill Pearl "Keys to the inner universe"
everyone needs a copy of this one..
I used to read muscle magazines religiously back when I was natty and thought you could get huge off stacking cell tech with nitro tech.
Learned a lot of good routines though.
The first and I still think the best is Schwarzenegger's encyclopedia of bodybuilding. I got this book at a teenager and still have it and refer to it.
I also purchased the new version of it and gave it to my teenage son. It's been great seeing him reading it and then applying what he has learned with new exercises, routines, diet, etc. Great stuff!
Extreme muscle enhancement. Great read
My first and still my go to book is Arnold Schwarzenegger the encyclopedia of modern day bodybuilding
Stick with eroids, that is all you will need. I have read a shit load of books over my 53 years and there is nothing that compares to this site. The members have hands on experience and are more than willing to share good info with other members.
BigBmajEroids is all I've been reading these days.
I know that doesn't answer the question, but it's the truth. I do have a copy of Arnold's encyclopedia that I used to read. I also have all the steroid books, like Anthony Robert's anabolic steroids vol. 1. But I've honestly learned more from people at this site. Lots of people here have taken time in PM to give me excellent help. I'm working with one member here who has taught me more applicable info in a few weeks than I learned in years prior. I really feel like all the reading and research I did before I came here had me spinning in circles. I learn so much better from other people's experience.
So even though I get irritated as hell by this place, I have to say it's been an invaluable source for information. I happen to prefer bro-science over books written by doctors who have witnessed an experience in a test tube.
hey mate these are my collection great reads and plenty of info save alot of time.
