anabolic primer, fantastic book that gives you the basics on everything pertinent to bodybuilding. aas, nutrition, suplemnts, vitamins and minerals doesn't go into great detail but gives a solid overview on everything.

I used to read muscle magazines religiously back when I was natty and thought you could get huge off stacking cell tech with nitro tech.

Learned a lot of good routines though.

The first and I still think the best is Schwarzenegger's encyclopedia of bodybuilding. I got this book at a teenager and still have it and refer to it.
I also purchased the new version of it and gave it to my teenage son. It's been great seeing him reading it and then applying what he has learned with new exercises, routines, diet, etc. Great stuff!

Stick with eroids, that is all you will need. I have read a shit load of books over my 53 years and there is nothing that compares to this site. The members have hands on experience and are more than willing to share good info with other members.
