so at tops 1.5 hours in the gym with a warm-up and a stretch/cooldown!!

HllwdBdBoy's picture

15 min elyptical
10 min yoga ball
20-30 per muscle group (to failure)

in and out bruthas... No gym socialite here ((LOL))

dollarz000's picture

20 mins, high intensity training each set to failure, 1 set per exercise 10-12 reps 5-6 exercises a day. 5500 calories a day 200 grams of protein. Used to do 5 sets per exercise, I felt burnt out and tired, gains were slow, on this program I made the jump from 165-180 in 4 months and kept a 10% BF. I am at 210 now will cut down to 190 with 10% bf which my body seems to like.

If you've still got exercises left or energy to do so past 60 min. you're either enjoying a social visit or they need to remove a few of your gym mirrors . .

scootloko's picture

45-60 minutes 4 or 5 days a week

livingthedream's picture

45-75 minutes, depends on the bodyparts, how many fucks are poking their ass on the stations I want to use and if I'm by myself or working out with someone

Mulch23's picture

Man nothing's worse than when you are Hittin the weights real hard and you go to move on to next thing you doin and there's about 3-4 teenagers fuckin around with whatever you want to do next. Then it screws your whole flow up and a 45-60 minute routine turns into a 1.5-2 hour workout with less intensity cuz some fucks are bull shittin with all the damn equipment! Lol I recently started to just ask them if I could work in with them and I'll just hit it real hard and intense and they usually will leave after a set or 2 when u show them it's not a place to jerk off at and some people are really trying to put in work!

Mulch23's picture

I usually hit the gym for about 1-1 1/2hr 4-5 days a week and then I'll usually throw in an extra day where I just do about 30-45 minutes of cardio, then sauna, and a massage just as a Relax and get my mind right day. I'm no beast or anything and I have a long way to go before I reach my goals but this seems to work well for me.

wontstop's picture

45-75 min 7 days a wk i target one muscle a day. This is what works best for me

Angry Squirrel's picture

I lift until I can lift no more. Smile 4x a week Usually about 1 1/2 hours sometimes less.

jpal's picture

about two hours 6 days a week while on but that includes cardio after workout

eatbig's picture

45 mins to 1 hr 5 days a week. I feel like anymore than that will be overtraining and overtraining is one of a bodybuilders worst nightmare besides if anybody can train more than 1hr then they'r probably not training hard eneough.

Just over an hr 2 on 1 off
