after hours and hours of reading forums on here and articles online trying to be knowledgeable i still made some basic mistakes on my first cycle. maybe my list will help someone like me who didnt come across the right information or took the wrong advice.
1. buy pharmacy grade aromisin, and pct. when they say have aromisin on hand just in case they mean have one 25mg pill per day for the entirety of your cycle and whatever your pct will include,
2. aromisin should be taken once a day not split up am and pm.
3. do not do test prop, (stick with e or c) i did it because i was worried about side effect being too much and sense prop is a 48 hour ester i figure it would be out of my system quicker. but the pinning gets to be a hassle and it hurts like hell the first 10-15 injections. (side note dont inject prop into your quad).
4. just because you read that a cialis, 50mg of test suspension, and 50mg of dbol is a good per work wait until you dial in your A.I. youll have your e2 all over the place
5. you may have to order from a couple different sources, one for test and one for pharmacy grade pct. i just looked for a cite that had everything i needed and placed an order, (of course it wasnt pharmacy grade aromisin clomid nol) take your time and read review and the source discussion, find out what other people are buying from them and thats probably the best quality product they sell.
6. HCG can be injected intramuscular
7. we all know your not going to do labs but seriously the anxiety of not knowing what is going on in your body isnt worth it. just bite the bullet and keep yourself healthy
