No sumo bullshit, actual deadlifts.
Straps I'll allow but I'm still judging you.

Megalodon1990I thought my 405 was weak but it got the most votes
625×8.... couldn't go past 625 cuz of low back injury had at 19. But i was able to rep it out. With straps and belt. Natural in prison. No creatine. Multi vitamin zinc b complex and a milk protein they sold on commissary. Plus Enough tuna to kill a dolphin.
I take multi vitamin, zinc, and b complex. Either I'm not eating enough tuna or need to add milk protein asap lmao
Lmaoooo just seeing this now.
Been busy lately haven't been on like usual. Need more money for more gear. Lol.
Yeah probably Def the tuna or milk. Lol.
Main reason i said that was because i don't think that stuff does much. I was eating allot and during that time away i realized how much food means more than anything. I was bigger and stronger than I'd ever been in my life, i was dead sober rested obv, and ate like a horse. Thanks to my family or I'd of been starving. Granted i left behind a nice chunk of change that was gone on lawyer my family spent the rest, but they looked out for me the whole time sending packages and money. So fuck it. Money comes and goes.
It doesn't matter how many times I see people write about it - I just cannot get my head around being in prison. To me that would be the same mental hell as having a Chronic illness, maybe worse. Being inside a big depressing punishment building full of rough arseholes looking to prove themselves, stuck in a small cell most of the day probably with another guy who you have to watch shitting/pissing and listen to snoring, sharing communal showers, eating animal grade food virtually full of gristle and fat and being open to being stabbed at any point or raped just doesn't sound do able to me. Maybe if I got 6 months I could just about do it, maybe, but knowing I had years of that HELL I'd probably be looking for an easy way out.
Lmao I feel you on that. Just signed an offer letter for a significantly higher paying job. So ima be doing way less window shopping lmao. Glad your family came through. To often people got locked up and forgotten about by both family and friends. Friends fall off in a couple years unless the bond is deep. Family will fall off after around a decade. Not just money everything comes and goes. People, material objects, life literally everything. Shit who’s to say the earth will even be around thousands of years from now. Ok now I’m just ranting lmao. Stay up! Get that money!
Get some 1 gram Vitamin C tablets mate - they are brilliant for Immunity, Collagen synthesis & Tendon repair, Liver, general vitamin and supplement absorption etc I get the orange chewable ones and a tonne of others
I’ll add this. My liver enzymes quadrupled in a month. Anything for the liver I’ll take at this point
Don’t make us go all Eroids worried momma on you Sith.
First a cancer diagnosis and now this?!
Keep it up and you’re gonna get random calls from us juice heads reminding you to take your supps LOL!
Lmao not gonna lie I missed about 2 weeks of supps. I didn’t think that raise my liver enzymes tho. I’ll PM
tudca and nac
In terms of Vitamins that help the liver - Vit D tablets, Folic Acid & B12,
Supps you can take: Astragalus Root powder, Glutamine, NAC, Artichoke Extract, Choline Bitartrate, TUDCA, MSM powder
anvilI am sold on this - from the astragalus root @Sithx66
Astragaloside IV:
A small molecular saponin that is the main active ingredient in Astragalus membranaceus
Has anti-inflammatory, antifibrotic, antioxidative stress, antidiabetic, and cardioprotective effects
Has been shown to improve learning and memory deficits
Has been shown to promote neurogenesis through repairing synapses in hippocampus after ischemic brain injury
Astragaloside IV has been shown to be effective in treating a variety of diseases, including: Cerebral ischemia/reperfusion lesions, Cardiovascular diseases, Lung disease, Liver cirrhosis, and Diabetic nephropathy
There’s some good prices on the buckets of powder. Ill have to get some
anvilYes just started to research on this, because I believe astragalus does make a huge difference and this is the actual part doing the heavy lifting for it.
I have vitamin d3 125mcg also just checked I am taking vitamin c 1000mg and NAC just ran out of Tudca.
Need to get back on the TUDCA mate, thats the most effective one. 600mg per day minimum. Have you been running Trenbolone and an oral?
Get some Curcumin/Turmeric capsules also mate - I have heard some miracle stories about that stuff, very good in general too.
Before ER visit and all that bs I was .50 tren ED 25-50mg dbol. So since the Jan 23rd. Results for liver enzymes were taken the 7th of this month.
Had you trained within a day of giving blood? Lifting weights is renown for worsening kidney and liver readings in bloods. I always leave 3 days rest before a Test.
Legs 2 days before. Drop sets to failure and then day before arms. What ima do is get some Tudca tomorrow stay on top of supps and take bloods 3 days removed from training and see were that puts me. Not gonna lie after that ER visit I stopped taking supps. I couldn’t even give an answer as to why. After those blood is when I started up again.
425 with no straps but had belt. I went to adjust my right hand from losing grip and messed some tendon up in my wrist. Def could have gone higher if that didn't happen.
I pulled 315 natty at 145 pounds. It was the one and only time I deadlifted since 2019, my backs just too messed up from a car wreck to risk it. I get a little twinge of jealously watching people dead lift and squat, it looks so damn iconic. Oh well, there's great gains to made doing other stuff that doesn't make me extra crippled haha
495 belt and straps. I see dudes do sumo and I judge lmao. Pick that shit up like a damn man lol
Mid 4s but I never really tried going past that Nor were deadlifts ever a point of emphasis. I was actually afraid of injury to go heavier
I went with the 650. Strapless, no belt, chalk.
Damn yoke, how big of a fella were you ?
You are turning out to be quite a strong guy ain't ya matey!! Wasn't it 495/500 Bench you've done also?
Oh and in regards to them all being Conventional deadlifts going up - you'll be lucky pal LMAO
I'm pretty sure BigTone is one of the strongest DLer's on the site.
I never hit 500. I guess I was pretty strong back in the day, I'm still stronger than most gym bunnies but I don't lift like I used to. Deads were my catnip though, I used to start back day with 8 sets, first time I hit 400 I passed out hahaha
I’ve almost passed out hella times. If I felt it I’d either get on one knee and take deep breathes or I’d find the nearest machine to lean on. The worst is when people are trying to talk to you but nothing is processing bc you’re starting to see black spot and your vision starts to narrow. They finish what they are saying g and you have to be like what did you just say lmao
LMAO! Yesssss I know those exact moments you're talking about about and are re-playing some in my head right now. Lol
I never told anyone bc I didnt want people to freak out lol I’d just play it off. Luckily I never passed out. I’d be embarrassed
LMAO!! I remember the first time I pulled 500 I felt like Superman! Problem is I also somehow pulled my coccyx which was a real anti climax - I couldn't sit straight down on my arse for the next several days without almost crying each time, I had to literally slide onto things which made getting in and out of the car a real bastard! The pure accomplishment of hitting 5 plates a side on an exercise though somehow outshone the pain I was in. That soon became a warm up weight but man it felt huge at the time putting that many plates on a barbell. These Fuckers putting 9 or 10 a side on must feel invincible.
anvilI lifted a 225 lb dead man? Does that count? It's a dead lift for sure.
Just get load up the sled with as many plates as you can find + the biggest dude in the gym standing on it, push that around until failure a few times every workout. Soon enough you’ll be able to push around a wheel barrel with 3,4,5 hell maybe 6 of those dead men! The possibilities are endless!
anvilThe black plague special???
That exercise is known as a 'Dead-Cunt' !!
anvilHaha so I guess not. I'm out.
I remember the first picture you put up in those tight, sexy leggings and I thought from your physique that you did actually do deadlifts. Your glutes and quads give the impression you do - Or maybe you are just naturally SEXY AS FUUUCCCKK ANVIL!!!! Lmao
LMFAOOOOOO!!!!
anvilNo squats , no deads, no real benching. Fax my guy. But I am all yours baby.
Can you feel the love tonight?
You needn't look too far
Stealing through the night's uncertanties
Love is where they are
anvilI am always down brother!!!
