Major Setback

ad

A couple of months ago I was stronger than I'd ever been and about to hit 230 lbs for the first time in my life. I squatted 495 for 1 for the first time in my life and everything at my job and in my life in general was going great. I was on the tail end of a great cycle and was on Test P/Tren A/Mast P. On the way home from the gym a "distracted driver" hit me from behind going about 50 miles per hour. I was riding my motorcycle at the time so the results were pretty shitty. Considering how hard I got hit I'm lucky to be walking, lucky to not have a brain injury and lucky to be alive. That being said I don't feel very lucky. I fractured my tibia, got burns all over my leg from the exhaust and had a large piece of flesh torn off of my foot. Again, considering the speed involved I was terribly lucky. I was laid up for a few weeks and have had surgery since, so my fitness has suffered tremendously. My appetite went way down since I wasn't working out and I lost so much of what I had worked so hard for. The day of the accident I weighed 228. 3 weeks later I weighed 205. I've stayed right around 200-205 since. I should be cleared to start lifting in the next few weeks and am ecstatic. I've started planning a comeback cycle and am entirely too excited about it. I'm going to get back into it for a month or two and then start the cycle. This will be my first time experimenting with HGH. I am going to cruise on 7iu's ED for 4-6 months. One thing that I'm conflicted on is whether to use HCG throughout the cycle or just right before PCT. Any advice on that would be great.

As of right now this is the plan:

Kefei HGH @ 7iu ED
wk 1-10: Tren Acetate @ 50-75mg ED
wk 1-10: Test Prop @ 50mg ED
wk 1-3: Anadrol @ 50mg ED
wk 4-5: Anadrol @ 100mg ED
wk 6-8: Winny @ 50mg ED
wk 9-10: Winny @ 100mg ED
wk 1-10: Exemestane @ 12.5-25mg EOD
wk 1-10: Caber @ .25mg E3D
wk 11-14: Nolvadex @ 40/40/20/20 ED

I will start the Tren at 50mg ED and judging by the sides I experience, will either bump up to 75 or remain at 50. At first I was going to do both Test and Tren EOD but after reading online I've seen a lot of people advocating Tren A being taken ED to keep levels more stable. I will be taking liver support along with omega3's and COQ10. I have Letrozole on hand in case of gyno but I have had no problems in the past with Tren.

My goal for this cycle is a clean bulk. I want to put back on as much weight as I can and keep my body fat low while doing so. I don't usually do these pre-cycle write ups but I am so excited for this one. Any opinions or advice are welcome and appreciated.

Thanks for the responses guys. I didn't have any head injuries and I am planning on having pre cycle bloodwork done anyhow. I agree, I think this cycle is a lil too hardcore for me to get back into it. I've decided to switch to a Sustanon and Primo cycle instead. I've read many arguments both for and against combining Clomid with Nolvadex. I've used Nolvadex alone and combined it with Toremifene in the past and both worked just fine. This is what I'm thinking:

Wks 1-15: Sustanon @ 500mg/wk
Wks 1-15: Primobolan Enanthate @ 800mg/wk
Wks 9-15: Winstrol @ 50mg ED
7IU HGH ED

What are your guys' opinions on how to run HCG on cycle? Continuous use during the cycle up until PCT or blast it the week before PCT?

Bro. First - I run GH - 6 IU / day all year. If you can afford it, there is no reason to cycle it. Second, GH is slow to kick - like 8 weeks to really start seeing the effects and feeling the quicker recovery times in your workouts. So, if your intention is exclusively limited to using GH to hold gains - I think u are not gonna be that happy. A long term strategy - I think you will be very happy. 7 IUs is probably just a wee bit too much.

Ya sorry I guess I didnt elaborate but I mean to stay on the GH for at least a year. I was told 6-8 IU ED for growth, that's why I settled on 7. I have read that I need to start low and gradually increase, so I'll see how the sides feel and decide whether I go 6 or 7. Thanks for the advice though man.

First of all my heart goes out to you and I wish you a speedy recovery. Here's some good news for you. It is called muscle memory. There really is such a thing so a lot of the gains that you lost should come back fairly quickly.

Here some potential bad news. Being the fact that you were in a pretty hard-core accident you are HPTA may have been affected. Let me explain. Certain pain medications can affect your HPTA. Also trauma to the head can disrupt your HPTA. This is very easy to determine with bloodwork. My recommendation is you get a blood test done to see if your HPTA is functioning properly ( this would also be relevant to whether you are going to be doing a PCT or not) And to have a baseline for recovery if it is.

Once you've cleared yourself with the blood work my suggestion is that you go back to the basics. 600 mg of testosterone a week. Doing a heavy duty cycle like the one you are describing is going to bring on a lot of strength gains that your tendons joints and ligaments may simply not handle, the end result would be another setback in the form of an injury. Also I would suggest you Adjust your training to a higher rep range and not go below 8 reps.

HGH Is a great idea and will help with a lot of the recovery. HCG is a must from the very first week of starting your cycle, it will help you with your PCT tremendously as well as your overall health well-being, both mentally and physically. Incorporate an AI from the very first injection and follow-up with bloodwork five weeks later to confirm accurate dosing.

As far as your PCT goes it should be basically a combination of Nolvadex and Clomid. Hopefully you find this information useful.

You earn another star for the crash bro. All part and parcel of being on 2 wheels. I've got a handful of stars myself now! Keep safe.

Also that's a lot of gear for a 24 year old..

I'll post a few pics from the day of the accident in my profile. Of my physique that is, not the injury. Unless somebody wants to see that sick shit lol
