Buddy Of Mine Is On Propionate + Sust Three Times A Week, I Think He Does 2 Pins A Week In The Right Cheek And 1 In The Left. Says He's Got A HUGE Lump In His Right Buttox? Any Answer To Why This Is Happening Would Be Awesome? Also Any Way To Get Rid Of The Lump/Pain?

If there are no signs of infection, its most likely a sterile abcess. This could definitely be caused by not rotating sites, but also the length of the pin or pressure causing a sub q leak. What size pins? If he's gonna use, it might not be a bad idea to get him on here and self educate himself a bit

RustyhookerA while back this kid posted a forum to taunt me. In his mind he thought he was correct. Ran a full cycle only pinning one delt. I didn't reply with words. Just added that picture link. Lol! Then it hit home. Even doing all our prep correctly, cellulitus can still happen. Tiny lil microbe and right conditions. But there's many safety tips that help.

I too have experiences a big lump on one of my glutes last summer halfway through a blast cycle. It was the size of a racquet ball with no redness or fever. I stopped pinning that glute and it eventually went away but took about three weeks. I ran it past my Doc one day while getting a routine exam and he said it was probably from overuse. Made sense to me since I was doing ED pins.

If not then GOOGLE CELLULITUS IMAGES and show them to your friend! This is what happens when you dont rotate properly!! Abscess and infection! Sone infections burrow. Meaning it folliws and rots the muscle as it moves. Extensive damage and big surgery.

Ventro glutes 3cc/wk max...same with quads. 1cc delts. Rotate spots EVERY time.
DO NOT PIN GLUTES FOR 2 WEEKS MINIMUM.
this is what i do. I get in a nice hot shower in there for about 30 minutes and have everything already prepared, then when i get out of the shower i go ahead and pin myself, then i sit on the heating pad for a while on the medium setting. DON'T massage the lump you could force the injection into muscle and tear the muscle and the pain will last even longer. it could also be the mg in it as well. when i did sus250 2 shots of 1.5cc a week i had hardly any pip then when i did 2 shots of 350mg a week i had awful pip until i found out that secret i post earlier at the beginning of this comment. It is called PIP. Post injection pain. It happens a lot with the shorter ester oils such as Prop. Heating pads are good. But have him change up his injection points more. I usually use both butt cheeks and both quads and switch it up every time. But there is nothing you can do to get rid of it. It should only last about three days or so. That's part of it brother. So tell your boy to man up and take it!
