Long Ester for a short run

ad

I do not understand why everyone says you have to run a long ester on a long cycle. If it is OK to run test P for 6 week why is it not OK to run Test E for the same time? The answer I read is test p kicks in faster and test E is much slower. I get that but on the other hand test p ends much faster than test E. Wouldn't this equal out? Is 6 weeks of test E really a bad cycle? Is there any other reasons out there against this?

My cycle knowledge is about 1/4 reading, and 3/4 doing. Vets know the answer from doing, other guys know the answer from listening g to vets. You can either listen or do. Doesn't really matter much to me which you do. It's your time your using, just know that IF you don't get the desired results, chalk it up as learning, or what I call paying for my education.

90% of repeat information on this site is safe, a lot of it correct for people with 10 or less cycles! If I were new i would follow the repeat information until a later date when I had acquired some of my own cycle knowledge and an understanding to how my body responded. then venture out and start trying some of my own ideas, but to each their own, there are those that need to bang their head, which is fine cause we are all teachers in one way or another.

my 75% experience didnt come from just doing my own thing!

Lol dude u don't have enough days in your life to read to the end of the internet. If u are convinced then do it but you won't find anyone here that argues with u. Good luck u will need it

Rather all the going back and forth, here's a plan. Run 6 weeks of long ester, pct and take a break then run 6 weeks of shorts and come back and tell us the results.

salvatore pellegrino's picture

i think the short esters are more productive. but what about the cost. isn't it more expensive to keep using p. or no ester. i always assumed why long esters are so popular IS due to the low cost. is this incorrect?

Lmfao

I second that. I don't even consider it. You run the gear that you need, cost be damned..

now I understand!

You may as well run dbol for 4-6 weeks. It almost makes more sense than running a short test e cycle.

PIN_CUSHION's picture

Yea, what the hell why not? People are trying to help this guy. Come on.

want2bbigger's picture

I was being sarcastic. In all honesty, running a 6 week test e cycle doesn't make much sense to me personally. I look at it like this, you'd run test e for 6 weeks, then start pct 2 weeks after your last pin. I would suggest running prop for 7 1/2 weeks then starting pct 3 days after your last pin. Same amount of time but you would see quicker results. Overall it would be 12 weeks total with pct. Does this sound right?

PIN_CUSHION's picture

My bad man, didn't pick up on the sarcasm. Agreed, I think he's just trolling. Here's the +1 back.

It's all good. I'm all about helping out. I just like to have fun when I try and enlighten someone with what little bit if knowledge that I have in regards to this subject. For the record, I'm a HUGE fan of short esters. I'm hoping that's the route this gentleman takes.

This is so silly....

The nice thing about Sustanon is the mix of esters...and may be a good option for you if your looking for simplcity.

7gothic's picture

Well to be completely serious for a sec.... If your'e going to run E for 6 weeks, then frontload the shit out of it.
That way you can get those levels up quicker brother.

vhman's picture

Now you're down with front loading huh? Below you po-po'd prop, due to the quick rise in estrogen, but you're okay in front loading test-e, which will essentially do the same thing.
I know you are concerned with shutdown and the like, but the whole point of doing a cycle is to raise your levels to unnatural levels, for a period of time, to gain significant amounts of muscle. You'll still be shutting down your body for a shorter amount of time, but you won't be making any appreciable muscle gains in that amount of time, especially with a longer ester.
This and just about every other cycle type/length has been tried. The reason why there are "standard" lengths to cycles, is because it's been proven to work and it's usually a pretty good balance between shutdown and recovery.

Pale's picture

The part you don't seem to be grasping is the slow ramp up with test e versus p, but more important than the ramp up is the ramp down time (in your case) the test e takes extra weeks to clear out versus three days with p. So if it is truly a short cycle your interested in running stick with shorts and do it right.

Pale's picture

I guess you already have all the answers. Nobody here is cosigning with you so go do what you will. I promise you I will not be concerned for you at all.
