Lipid questions and steps to help
ad
Here’s my lipids. Only really thing alarming on 200mg of test and 100mg of primo. Even until now still waiting for my bloodwork on estradiol and test.
After some research this is what I’m talking and looking to get another lipid in 4 weeks.
One of the fish oils. 2.5g fish oil (1.5g epa, .57g dha) 1 serving lunch and night.
Red yeast and Coq10 (1.2g .1g) 1 serving night
Citrus bergamot (1.2g) 1 serving night
Anything else I can do! As for diet, food is clean with 75g of fat. I use 25g of olive oil daily and the rest is from other food.

Make sure as much fat as possible from diet is unsaturated. Can also do Pitavastatin, ezetimibe, and Bempedoic acid. Repatha is probably the best therapeutic index monotherapy for lowering ldl; however, I would only use it if you can get it approved by insurance (due to high ldl you would just need to convince your doctor you can’t take statins due to bad side effects.
The ideal lipid stack would be repatha + Pitavastatin + ezetimibe. Very low rate of adverse events in trials as well as extremely beneficial for improving lipid profile. Exercise will help, and so could a glp + weight loss depending on your current BF%.
So ideally you’d raise your HDL a little and maybe lower your LDL some. But overall your cholesterol isn’t bad. Your total is perfectly fine, your ratio is decent. HDL is hard to raise. High intensity cardio is one of th best things for it. LDL is easy to lower. Red yeast rice works the best but I got wicked muscle cramps on it. It’s a statin. Your cholesterol isn’t anywhere near bad enough to justify it. It’s chemically identical to lovastatin. Citrus bergamot is also really effective, or atleast in combination with policansol, and Coq10. I’ve pretty much maintained the levels I got to on RYR using those 3. Flushing Niacin can raise HDL and lower LDL but it’s very uncomfortable supplement to use. The flush is brutal.
If you can tolerate the RYR then you can stick with it. But most RYR is fake and doesn’t contain any monacolin K. The HPF Cholestene brand RYR is the real deal. There might be others but idk.
Cholesterol isn’t bad. Triglycerides are bad and yours look great. I really wouldn’t be trying to lower that. Maybe just raise HDL.
ahh I see ok! Let me add them in and see how it looks
"Decreasing your consumption of saturated fats to less than 7% of your total daily calorie intake can reduce your LDL cholesterol by 8% to 10%."

A good hack to get both 1, and 2 in one go is to use Chia seeds for your Omega-3's. They are packed with Omega, and they are fiber rich as well. I throw 20g's of Chia into my oatmeal every morning, this also includes a scoop of your favorite whey protein.
The problem with Chia sees is that they expand when liquid hits them, making one feel full. I used to add Chia seeds to my protein shakes but I was full for the rest of the day and couldn’t eat enough calories. Now, that sounds good in a caloric deficit but not if I’m trying to put on pounds haha
Edit: now thinking about it, the same problem happens when I eat oats.
I use psyllium husk powder instead of chia seeds because of the expansion issue, also really good in fiber.
From a quick google, basically nothing that’s pure saturated.
Fish oil should be 4-6g, drop the red yeast rice its trash, what kind of food is in your clean diet?75g of fat is kinda on the heftier side for a cut. Whats your cardio routine?
Total is 4gish. I can do morning fish oil too. Chicken, yogurt, cheddar cheese, olive oil and protein shake
Cardio 4x a week 30 minutes incline walking
