so i am a heavy converter also, i used to take adex and aromison weekly. basically the adex lowers it alot but doesnt stop new estro from forming and the aromison stops new estro from forming but still lowers it a little but instead of crashing with too much adex try your 1mg adex and maybe like6.25 first see how that does and if that doesnt work go to 12.5mg aroma and see, and if that doesnt work try 25mg aroma and see. and if that crashes it, maybe try like 1.5mg adex and 6.25mg aroma or 12.5. start low always and play around till you find what fits you. you could try letro but thats harsher on your body vs adex/aroma. but yes tamox can lower gains a little and horrible side effects. if you do have problems like lumps or anything, i always reccomend raloxifene over tamox, it works way better and less side effects, but does cost more and is harder to get. all the tamox is doing is stopping you from feeling the estro side effects, it doesnt get rid of it.
