Legality Question
ad
Hello Brothers!
I have a question for anyone out there that knows the answer.
If I am being prescribed HGH by my Urologist can the law in the US touch me for ordering HGH from China?
Also the same question applies for test Cypionate 200 mg/ml.
Any help or knowledge is appreciated!
Thx

AnonWhether you have a script or not.... It is illegal to import AAS or HGH from over seas
In order to legally do it you have to have a license or some shit
If you are being prescribed hgh why would you want to order fake Chinese hgh... It's merely a hgh mimicking peptide that gives you similar effects
Why would you order if your prescribed legit quality?
The upside is the bottle of Test Cyp 200 mg/ml by Watson is covered at a whopping $10.
Understood but medical insurance doesn't cover it making the cost way too expensive without. The least expensive is Omnitropin 5.8 mg/vial $400. Just taking one unit a day gives you barely 17 injections.
See if your doc will send scripts through a compounding lab.
I wouldn't worry ass much about the law coming for you, as I would getting it through customs. How would some flunkie at customs know you have a prescription? If they check your package, it is getting snagged.
Technically, it remains illegal to order prescription drugs (even with a prescription) from any pharmacy outside the U.S. including Canada even though cheaper medications steadily flow into the U.S. from Canadian pharmacies.
The FDA sometimes overlooks enforcement, sometimes it does not. What the criteria are that govern the FDA's decision is blurry.
Several bills have been before the House and Senate in recent years proposing to allow the importation of legal drugs for personal use although none have made it to the President's desk for signature.
Also, I believe, technically, you would also need to fill out a customs declaration to import the drugs and it's anybodies guess what would govern their decision to permit it or confiscate the pharmaceuticals.
The whole situation is a legal morass at the current time and it's anybodies guess as to when we can expect legislation that will finally clarify the situation.
So, I will end with what I said at the beginning - right now you can't do it.
Yes, a prescription does not give you the freedom to supply yourself outside of normal pharmacy protocol. Would help your case should you ever be prosecuted, but is still illegal.
From what I understand, unless it is prescribed, you will get in trouble with the law. I've also heard tons of feedback regarding Chinese generic HGH, best to stay away from that stuff.
AnonPrescription or not it is illegal to import AAS/HGH
