Lean strength and fast recovery?
ad
Howdy folks,
I am getting on in age and I reckon I'm in need of some decent supplementation. Back in my 20s and 30s I trained for aesthetics (I believe that's what the cool kids call it these days??) and used a decent amount of gear. In my older age I am now into rock climbing and grappling (equal time with judo and bjj) Anyways, bith of my chosen sports rely on keeping my body weight under control as well as recovering as quick and well as possible.
What compounds should I be concentrating on to build strength without massive weight gain as well as helping with recovery??
I am totally open minded about this so please fire away

I'm not really looking to gain a huge amount of muscle but I wouldn't mind doing some TRT and being able to recover quicker in between climbing sessions. Plus anything that will add strength without adding a large amount of weight is a positive both with climbing as well as grappling. Back when I was a bit more serious about my climbing I used to combine winstrol and anavar and it was great for added strength as well as not giving a massive pump which is something that doesn't help when it comes to climbing. Some of my friends have used various peptides with varying degrees of success so I'm open to trying them as well.
I think your winni and var were fake if you weren't getting massive pumps from them. They are notorious for that.
As for previous cycles, they were close to 20 years ago. I think I've got my diaries here somewhere, I'll see if I can find em
No trt, doctors are still weird about that down here until you're 50. Currently 72kg at approx 15/20% bf. No pictures gonna be happening unless I look a shitload better than I do currently.
RustyhookerAge: 43
Height: 174
Weight: 86
BF:
158lbs....5-7 tall. So lean, youd be down bout 145. Diet imo is step 1. Lighter will add to the stronger in climbing.
Theres your answer. If your not at that point it's a bad idea. Get your diet and training on point. If you don't it's a waste of time and can cause some problems. If your diets not on point you woulnt retain anything. Goodluck.
Post a picture and you'll get honest answers.
