+ 54 Kidney & Liver Supplements list
I thought it would be helpful to both New guy's and established members to have a list of Health supplements that are easy to view all on one page that help the Liver & Kidney's and the best dose to take them at for this purpose. As someone who has had extremely high Liver values in the past from Not taking supplements while on gear - as I simply thought they didn't really do much, I can honestly say they will make a huge difference between feeling well and healthy on cycle or possibly ending up in the ER like I did with crippling stomach pains.
Its often stressed that maintaining a Healthy Liver is the most important thing while on cycle especially if you like your orals or Toxic oils such as Trenbolone, BUT equally if not more important is also running a healthy set of Kidneys as if these start to decline its a spiralling path of no return generally as they cannot regenerate and repair themselves like the liver can - I have seen cases where people have managed to get their Kidney filtration rates (GFR) back up from dire levels and Creatinine levels down unfortunately you can never fully restore them back to original health unless you get a Kidney transplant. Never think this won't happen to me either as I have seen many stories of guys ending up on Dialysis machines because of years of High Blood Pressure, never ending trenbolone cycles, High blood sugar resulting in Diabetes and not drinking enough to keep the kidneys flushed and hydrated.
It can be very easy to get into taking supplements to counteract the toxic sides of steroids, and then end up taking so many different ones that you can forget to keep buying or taking the original ones that you started out on which are often the most effective ones so I thought having this list makes it easy to have a check on. Hope this helps someone out there
If there are some that I have missed please feel free to add them in the comments and I will add to the list.

Why Cardarine? For the lipid balance?
Correct. Also you know that feeling, sometimes you get that you climbed a mountain although it was just a staircase while on tren?
It greatly helps to alleviate that. Try it. I apologize for a late reply
Hello my friend,
Nice post !
About N-Acetyl-Cystein it's better to take this on empty stomach and 600 / 750mg twice day are great (but the effect a more better in I.V)
About Milk Thistle, lot brand sell underdosed stuff, you need to have a good ratio alkaloids (70-80% Silymarin & 20-30% Silybin) and depend the results of some study the posologie are around 1G to 1,5G daily minimum (around 350mg 3 x daily).
Milk thistle are well used with other natural compound as :
Artichoke (Cynara scolymus)
Boldo (Peumus boldus)
Fumaria (Fumaria officinalis)
Yellow gentian (Gentiana lutea)
Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale)
Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis)
The quality of the supplement food are VERY important.
Thanks for the list of the compound to help Liver & Kidney <3
Take Care my friend ! (^_^)

Great post!
for liver I'm a fan of #8, #9, #17. Tried true and tested. Personally I also take magnesium citrate and i3c. Especially if I'm doing any light drinking during that time. I3c and dim control my estro also
Kidney definitely #1, but I believe twice the water intake than the recommended really does help over anything.
Excellent invaluable info I live for this stuff. Choline is great, I don't need to be a slave to caffeine coffee or soda. It will give you that crisp clear clarity and focus, did I mention the energy? Definitely underrated. It also tremendously helps balance out the effects of cabergoline, for those impulse driven types. And I think this would be useful to add to the forum that another great compliment to NAC is theanine. It's a derivative of black tea. I'll take a 200 mg in the morning and then another one midday. Keeps me calm cool collected, happy. Oh and DIM. I love it. But that one I had to ramp up starting at 100 mg. Now I'm at 300 mg ed. I really do like that one. But not at first I started it way too high and I had some serious detoxification going on and headaches. My pee was so dark for like a month straight, After lowering the dose and ramping up I'm glad I stuck with it. I'd like to see it pushed for gyno control more often though same with i3c. But I do understand everybody's body is different. The funny thing is when my pee cleaned up I must have been urinating crystal clear for like a month then that kind of leveled out to a light yellow.
NaC is great also, many benefits. I prioritize my rest recovery and what good would it all be without proper oxygen. This one is a must. Actually everything you listed is really great to fight oxidative stress. But I will only run the NAC in 6 months cycles then take two off. I've learned to make the investment into certain supplements that I particularly need for proper balance in order to enjoy a good quality of life.
I've never had any experience with DIM before, it mainly says its for oestrogen management but what's it all about then?
For sure bro it will help balance all sex hormones to a degree. I was able to cut my AI in half by taking 300 mg dim. It's a staple for me and the wife as we are a bit older, some research suggest it is a mega cancer fighter for women especially in the ovarian and breast department. Personally without the use of HCG and dim over the many years and cycles it was just always a balancing act. I really wanted to achieve an even keel and I've been able to use less of an AI and less proviron, and them both still appear to be just as effective then the dose I used to take. But that's just me and I'm glad you are interested. I'm one of those learn the hard way type guys but the good thing is I eventually do learn lol
Oh bro I meant to say I don't get notifications for my posts so I'm a bit all over the place at times I do apologize
If anyone out there uses C4 Extreme or Animal Pak etc have a look at this Liver study I have just found - check out some of those ALT's in the table!!!
https://academic.oup.com/milmed/article/178/10/e1168/4352512
Well it is only a sample study of 5 people with some confounding issues, but still glad I don't take any of those.
I was more shocked at some of the numbers like 500 and 1000+ Lol Considering we shit ourselves on here at like 70 ALT lol
Something isn't right with those folks
Guy's there's a new kid on the block that seems to be extremely knowledgeable in the supplements and medical field by the name of 'Codenamekitten'. He has come up with 5 new additions to the above list! Check em out.
Thanks for the post as I am trying to put together a liver/kidney protection program. Would 2 supplements per organ be sufficient or should I incorporate 3+ per organ. Thanks for the help
Is it possible this is taking too much? Is there anything that can neutralize the benefits of another sup. That’s a ton of shit. Why not just Tudca Thistle and plenty of water?
Supplement overload
That’s what I’m thinking but it’s just my opinion and I know you deal in facts so if you say it’s overloaded I would agree. .
The idea of the post is to let people know all of the options available, if say you have some of these things already in your cupboard such as Vitamin C, Cod Liver oil, B Vitamins then I have researched at what dose you need to take these in order to help cleanse and protect your liver. It is not meant to be taken as you must use each and every one of these things.
Lot of good options out there.
excellent dude this post is in my favorites ! Thanks
This is a great post. Enjoyed reading.
Cheers Buddy!
top post thanks press...
This summer was showing high liver enzymes with blood work due to summer run and started my Liv 52 DS 2 per day had blood work done roughly 3 weeks later Doc said they were back to normal. Made me believer even though I’d been taking them off and on for years with no real assurance they had been doing their job. Not medical advice just my personal experience
Interesting to know bud, I have Liver 52 DS tabs too and did take them for a period of time. Problem is the herbs and things in them I have no knowledge on whatsoever lol Literally stuff that grows on the side of mountain tops in Japan eh!! Just bare in mind with the Liver that even when taking no supplementation once you get rid the cause of the raised liver enzymes it only takes 4 weeks for the liver to completely regenerate itself and fall back into normal range - its an amazing organism.
I keep stocked on the Liv52 DS. Takes a minute from india but definitely worth the buck for multi bottles
Its definitely a strange concoction that's for sure! Weirdest tasting stuff known to man Lol You ever read the actual list of ingredients in it?!!
I have but have no idea what any of that is that im putting in my body. Probably mummifying my liver, thats whats saving it lol
HAHAHAHAAA LMFAO No Bloody Kidding Mate!!!
Over time it probably does that to your whole body until one morning you just lay there all stiff - with only your Soul floating around your bedroom together with a preloaded syringe Lmfao
Hahaha
Nice one, a lot of these I'm hearing about for the first time here.
Excellent info, thank you.
Cheers buddy!
How do you give a vote? I pushed the "thumbs up" icon, is there something else I have to do?
Is there any that should never be mixed together?
Craigmack2913I take glutathion injections when running orals. The stuff nac is supposed to help the body produce to aid in liver function. I feel less lethargic and overall better when doing this. That and eating lots of green leafy vegetables does wonders for me. .
I never got round to trying out those injections, but I have a few pals who did. I believe the body uses Glutamine, Glycine and NAC to produce it - at least that's why I remember buying glycine a while back anyway lol
I love this list. It’s great to see so many people on here using natural supplements. There are so many benefits with comparatively few sides - and it seems that new high quality studies are always coming out with new findings about their benefits. I love mushrooms, beetroot, turmeric & many of the other things mentioned here. I love iodine as well, as it detoxifies the body of heavy metals (which may be in UGL products from time to time) & is great liver, kidney and brain support. Great for the nervous system also.
Ever use dandelion?
Milk thistle is one I'm not a fan of for the androgen receptor blocking effect.
We made a honey out of just the flowers and believe it or not it was very sweet. And you're right about the MK
Does dandelion wine count?
The place I buy my supps from does Dandelion capsules & powder - I will probably try some on my next order. Some people say it can sting when you take it though?! Not sure if thats just a wind up lol
I use dandelion extract as a natural diuretic during a prep but never really considered it for liver health.
Damn you are right too, looks like quite a lot also. Zinc is also another one that does it! 2 things I take a lot of. Astragalus root is supposed to be pretty good for the liver and I routinely take that ED so I may just drop the MT for a few weeks and see if I notice any difference in strength, I always notice in strength logs if things have a marked effect or not. Thanks for pointing that out Uncle
So effectively - are we saying it could render one of the great properties of something like trenbolone virtually useless? https://academic.oup.com/carcin/article/22/9/1399/2608143
@HanginLow / @Gh0st what's your take on this Bud?
I would not read too far into that study, looks like a meta study that is outlining other cell studies that were done with silymarin
the analogy I like to use is the sinking of the titanic
is the titanic not going to sink because you took out 3 deck chairs?
@UncleYoked
the reduction in anabolism is neglectable and not even a given as we would need repeated human studies to show this, in vivo not in vitro
@UncleYoked my 2c on the issue but I will agree that for general liver detoxification I would use a combination of NAC and TUDCA and leave MT behind simply on potency and mechanism of action (least effective of the 3)
NO NO NO!!! THE TITANIC DOESN'T SINK BECAUSE JACK & ROSE ARE IN LOVE - DON'T RUIN IT!
LOLOL cracking me up
that was a shit analogy, reading back that from this morning LOLOL
glad this thread is still active, lots of great info there
LOL But this ship can't sink!!! Oh I assure you she can sir, and she will ....
LMAO I use to love that Film, Kate Winslet was gonna become my wife and everything back then lol Yeh I've started taking BCAA's again and was just googling them and that popped up so figured I'd stick it in. I bought some EAA's also but I always did well on BCAA's on top of the usual shakes so I figure if it works why change it?!
Nac and tudca are my go to. liv52 is just icing but at least it's easy to take
So I wonder if MT also stops the Steroids increasing the number of androgen receptors too, as well as upregulating them?
Press throws all bags of milk thistle immediately in the bin ......
