+ 7 Just 3 pieces of advice

ad

We often see threads about worst advice EVER.. But we rarely read about best suggestions or advice..

If you were to sit down with the younger version of yourself, or simply a newbie what advice would you give if asked? What would you offer, what suggestions about the best course of action for him/her that would find them well in this way of life with training and the lifestyle with using AAS?

1) Take the first few years and dedicate it to learning the true curves to dieting and nutrition, If you don't know your way around the kitchen and how you respond to nutrients & timing, your sensitivities, portion amounts and when adding or subtracting is necessary.. Meeting your desired goal will become extremely difficult while wasting valuable time if you truly don't understand the very importance of this..
2) Learn how the muscles actually function and work in groups, the true mechanics and range of motions, different twitches and so on and what head is activated or deactivated with particular movements and focus on form. Don't make a stink or stress about all of the overwhelming different training styles, videos, movements and so on. Stick to the basics, basics win!
3) Get bloods, understand how to interpret them, have baseline bloods, pre, mid and post. With AAS, don't underestimate that less can be more. Research, and research your research.. Speaking of "underestimate", NEVER underestimate TEST only cycles. This is where you learn the most, whether a beginner or a vet, our bodies are always changing.
TEST only cycles are effective for everybody. Smile

Some extra take home notes:
Surround yourself with goal like minded people, stay the f**k away from naysayers and underachievers (you'll reach your target and dreams much faster and it will became a reality)

Jrblh2's picture

Your best cycle will be consistently doing the same routine that will give you 5 meals and a shake if you can afford it the shake that is

press1's picture
  1. Never EVER give up on your goal - even when it seems like you are losing keep trying
  2. Do not rush into certain compounds and high doses, you have many years ahead of you in this game if you do things steadily and properly.
  3. Be aware that once you dip your toe in the water in the world of steroids, there is often no going back. You will not want to train naturally again and will compare everything to what 'could of been' on cycle.
wanted's picture

Hey press how many more years ahead of me do i have left and out of those years how many good ones

alekaras's picture

My brother press I fucking agree with all the above 100% and most of all the third one.. We all been there lol!!

press1's picture

Sometimes its hard to resist temptation with the stronger stuff when you are so obsessed with reaching your targets, when really if you just allow yourself more time you will still reach them and in a better, healthier condition.

alekaras's picture

Yep as we getting older we change the way that we look things, health is everything!! I think some time the doses that I used a couple of years back and iam wtf were you thinking lol

MrVision's picture

You nailed it buddy, I looked back many times ike "WTF?:
goals change and so does our mind set, for some of us...
I'm simply just a Testcyp (TRT), mastE 200 with my TRT, and var here and there at 30mgs, proviron daily and HGH..
HGH before bed 3ius

wellness is what I live for anymore...

press1's picture

Me too bro me too, its no wonder I felt like shit sometimes lol

MrVision's picture

When I started pulled my bloods quarterly in lieu of annually, that's when it all came crashing down on the mindste "why and what have I been doing to myself?" running absolutely ridiculous and unnecessary amounts of gear, lack of hydration and having my macros nowhere near dialed in.. Gosh, so long and that's when I decided to get a coach and my life changed there ever since. Using a fraction of what i did back than, and eating less, by times with the "correct" nutrients at the appropriate times.. Ha, and sides vanished, sleep became a reality, cognitive thought processes was crisp ande clear (less depression and more euphoric in a good since)..

MrVision's picture

Probably the most common mistake that a good portion of everyone has gone through at one point or another through their journey, for this reason I've always advocated for beginners and guys who are starting to take it seriously to hire a coach, a good coach at that. Sometimes having someone else looking from a different perspective, with that second set of eyes and a whole different thought process can be a game changer.. If we're not learning new things, and if we're not learning new things about ourselves then we're doing something wrong.. Great Post..

100%, people underestimate test only cycles.
People are too quick to add compounds and when side effects start to display themselves, they don't know what to add or subtract because there's too much firing and activity going on..
Keeping it simple, in fact many of us older lions are simply resorting to test only as the years go by, with an occasional short run with var, and other mild compounds.
Test only and knowing your way around the kitchen go as a long way.. ;)

Tradesman34's picture

Absolutely, too many people think they have to add 5 different compounds to get huge lol, test only and once in a while I like to throw other things in like some masteron, test and mast can and will do wonders for you. Between the energy that the test gives you, and the libido and lean Ness that the mast can give you, you not only look great, but feel great also. After the years, less can definitely be more when it comes to using aas... nothing like it

That's so true man, folks do underestimate test only cycles and I'm not sure why. Honestly some of my cycles have been test only and I felt great and made good gains. In fact most of my muscle gains I credit test only cycles for. I've been fortunate enough that I never needed an ai but that's just my body. We all react differently. And I agree sometimes guys can make their cycles way more complicated than what it could or should be.

  1. Don't piss into the wind

  3. Excuses are like assholes, everyone has one and they all stink
Drexyl's picture

I’m a pretty up front guy, if I gotta pee (yes the comparison included) if I gotta pee, I’m peeing. Wind in my face or whatever, I’m peeing.

DeeMan's picture

I can dig it..Hard to find up front guys like us. If I gotta pee I gotta pee too but best believe peeing in the wind my eyes and mouth are tightly closed! At least they better be lol

Tradesman34's picture

Or you can just turn your back to the wind, and not have to worry about it... lol

Damn, now that’s solid advice. Never thought of that. If you’re gonna piss into the wind, keep your mouth shut. Gold. I’m using that.

Mopeds are like fat women, they both fun to ride until your friends see you.

Drexyl's picture

Would you be ok with seeing a pic of the “moped” your friend was riding right before you went for a spin? Just saying, slippery mopeds are dangerous to ride…
