Injection site question.
ad
Can someone give advise, and or point me in the right direction to figure out how much gear different muscle groups can receive at one time? Ex. Can I inject 2 cc's into one delt, or should it be split between the two? I know glutes can handle that much, not clear on other muscle injection sites.

WithdrawlHere are my personal totals. 1.5cc for bis and tris. 2cc for delts. 3cc for quads, glutes, hip (ventro glute) and lats. Now if you're a really small person with much smaller muscles then you wouldn't be able to handle as much. It can vary from person to person based on size. These are just the maximums for me personally.
Thanks for the info, gonna look into ventro glute.
Grime gave great advice. If you have to start at a half ml it would be okay too. Once I made a mistake of pinning 1 ml of test p and 1ml of sust 500 in the same quad and it hurt like a mother for 3 or 4 days and it was sore for another 3. But the next time I went to inject in that quad the pip was minimal. It takes your muscles a couple stabs to get used to it. Good luck brother
Start low with each site, like 1ml or so, and work your way up in volume, its really the only way to figure it out as it will vary from person to person, I personally cannot take more than 1.5cc in my delts yet lots of people can handle 2-3cc just fine, experimentation is the name of the game.
Got it, thank you for your help.
O.o lats sounds painful, even pinching myself there, lol do you feel pain that route?
WithdrawlLats are awesome to inject in actually. I just tried it for the first time this year after ten years of gear use and man have I been missing out. I'm able to do 3cc with no discomfort.
The lats are actually pretty easy and very painless. I wouldn't pin them with a prop for the first time or anything. I would start with long esters and go from there.
I put 1cc per delt. That's side and rear delts. I put 1.5 in my lats. 1cc in my pecs. 3cc in each glute. But that's just me.
Thanks, just what I was looking for!
