How to heal a hurt shoulder

ad

I tweaked my shoulder putting my lunchbox in my car. It sounds ridiculous lol I just had a couple things in my hand and my lunchbox was sliding off the seat and the way I bent my arm to keep it from falling made me feel a sharp pain in my shoulder/collarbone. I haven’t been in the gym all week due to having Covid but today I kind of started to feel better so I decided to do some arms and shoulders at home. As soon as I tried to do a lateral raise, I got pain right in my shoulder/collarbone area. It’s weird because it hurts more in my trap/collarbone pretty close to my neck rather than my shoulder itself hurting. I’m not sure if anyone else has experienced a pain like this but I just ordered some bpc and tb 500. My estrogen has also been on the verge of being crashed due to my first time using EQ so I’m not sure if that played a part in me hurting my shoulder from something so minor but any advice would be greatly appreciated.

That peptide stack is great just stay with it a few weeks past your healing point. A good supplement to check out is called forskolin! It helps melt away fat and rebuilds injured tissues including joints tendons and skeletal muscle. GL

Given the fact you weren't lifting anything heavy at the time and were more just at an unnatural angle, I'd say its probably some kind of nerve pain going through your trap and back. I use to get something similar a few years back and it would always hurt when doing deadlifts, you wonder what the hell it is for hours on end and then eventually these things just heal up usually when you have had a bit of a break from the exercise that causes the pain I find.

Appreciate it sir ! I’m hoping that is the case, I’m also a hypochondriac so the minute something feels off I’m on google diagnosing myself lol.
