Gearhead is right. Talk to a doc. High BP is a silent killer. It hardens the arteries over time.
I'm in the Rx club with this. My BP has always been on the high side and BP meds are really quite far along in their evolution. If it's high - go see your doc and knock it down.
GearofWarDepending on how high your BP is I'd plan on getting something a little more potent than homeopathic remedies for BP. If it's not too crazy then try Beetroot juice, apple cider vinegar, and Hawthorne berry as others have mentioned. I had to go the prescription route with Enalapril but I've always had BP issues before AAS came along.
Also try to lower your salt intake. This will help with blood pressure. Hawthorne berry supplements do work a bit, I take them, but the best things are beta blockers and ACE inhibitors.
There are many things that can help lower BP. Try drinking atleast a gallon of water daily and cutting out saturated fats. Also a baby aspirin daily, hawthorne berries, coq10, and high potassium diet. Doing these things and some cardio a few times a week can definitely help lower BP.
Go get a script for a beta blocker like Propranolol. It's relatively easy to obtain one. If you have high BP it's not something to rely on vitamins to solve.
