In all the research i have done over the years , the one thing i never knew about until recently is that useing gear can elevate your hematocrit and hemoglobin to dangerously high levels, and if you have any heart condition like me such as atrial fib, that can be very dangerous. AAS boost the production of red blood cells. My doctor told me that i have the blood of someone who lives in very high altitude, my blood is very thick. This can be dangerous to people without heart conditons. if you start to go above a 50-52 hematocrit level you are getting too high and need medical monitoring. So far the only thing i have found that you can do to correct the problem is to give blood, and from what i am hearing you need to give double red blood cells in the donation.
This is just something i was never aware of before and wanted to pass along this information to try and help keep you guys safe, make sure you get regular blood work done on your cycle to check these levels and make sure your stay within healthy range. if anyone can add to this i would love to hear it,
