Help with summer beach body?

ad

Hi I have been working out a lot lately, in trying to get ready for the summer, and get that killer beach body! I work out 6 days a week for 2-4 hours a day, but seem to be stuck and been stuck for a long time. I really have made up my mind in trying steroids, but not too sure which ones to buy to do the job. And adding to it I'm not too sure where in Canada I should order them on-line. If anyone could help me, private message or what, that would be greatly appriciated!

You're 22 - IMO and you'll probably find most here you've got enough natural test at your age to gain a good amount of muscle naturally. Revisit taking AAS when you're 25+.

You're over training too. No way you should be in the gym that long.

Sigh - I hope your not merely training for summer since thats how it sounds man...
This is a way of life. It's not where you train for a month or so only for summer.

Many people below already said this but if you haven't trained for a good while (2/3+ years of serious training+diet) I'd stay away but its your choice at the end of the day. This site is buried with plenty of knowledge/information. Just spend an hour or so a day browsing this site and youll find helpful threads. Look up a one compound cycle with a simple PCT and something to combat the side-effects if your worried and then work your way up to the more complicated stuff if your really dedicated. Your better off knowing how to do this than being spoon fed. Hope this helps pal, don't jump straight into it, or get screwed down the road.

Thanks for the advice from everyone, thought ive done a lot of research, but clearly not. I am aware what this can do to my body and still want to proceed. And i do know that this is a life style not a "summer thing". I've been working hard at the gym for a year or more now, along with my diet. I love this life style and want the next step, and will defiantly do more research. Thanks for the comments and advice again!

You will do just fine! Keep at it! You'll get there! I love when people get it! : )

It's not hard to find the information you are looking for. If you don't have the interest in doing the RESEARCH than obviously you have no buisness doing AAS. Stop listening to the morons in your gym. I can guarantee that people here will help you but only after you help yourself. Change your address bar to GOOGLE and we'll see you back here when you get yourself learned.

Mate there is a mountain of info in this site alone let alone on the net all together. Do some research on certain types of testosterone. If you then have questions place them on the board. This shows that you are trying to work it out and are just after some guidance. If all you do is come straight onto this site and ask questions like these you will get blown out of the water. I have noticed that most on this site are more than happy to help but won't do the work for you (that also includes myself). You need to search things out man and do some of the work your self bro. When you have a question that needs answering that you can't find the answer to then feel free to PM me and I will do my best to help you out, as will most others on the site. All the questions that you have asked in your thread are on the site bro. Search them out.

when im in the gym Ill do, 1 hour of cardio, 1 hour of weights like one day chest, another day is back, and so on, then 1 hour of swimming and some days 2 and 3 times a week ill do abs, switching it up

No one is going to help you. You still haven't given any info about yourself and the questions your asking have been answered 100 times. Just read more. Plus, AAS is part of a lifestyle. If you really are working hard and want to make permanent changes people here will be supportive. If you are wanting to tone up for a couple months and then sit on the couch all winter no one here is going to support that. We can't tell you what compounds will be best if we don't know anything about you, but I bet you could find all the answer you want with the search bar.

Well I been doing a good job i think in my diet, i have been getting lots of protein, low fat and carbs intake lots of water.... Been working out with a personal trainer thats been helping with my diet and work-out plan. But when ive talked to my doctor about getting that beach body, he says its not going to work for my body, blah blah. So i talking to some of the body builders at my gym and suggested i should try steroids, so i have been doing some research for a few months now. All im not to sure about is which steroids i should be buying to help my body get that step further. Ive been looking at dbol or winni-50 but heard maybe about test 600x, is what i should try.... any comments or help would great!

Thanks

Should have started working on it LAST summer Bo

You definitely need to read up brother! I could not agree more that AAS are not to "get ready for summer". Besides, your statements seem contradictory.... "been working out a lot lately" and "been stuck for a long time". Need to work on your diet and training...like everyone said...definitely sounds like overtraining too.

godovroidz's picture

Roids shouldn't be used for the sole purpose of getting a beach body. I think you need to redo something with your diet and training. 2-4 hours a day six weeks smells like overtrainning to me

Beachbdygrl's picture

You are overdoing it first of all. Your body needs more rest so it can heal. Just look around and read. You will find answers to everything you asked. Sorry, but everyone does their own work around here. Once you've done more research and have specific questions people will be glad to help you, but you must provide stats!

i agree, stats are everything here, you cant help someone you know nothing about
