I have one of these.. a bunch of companies make them.. there between
$150-250.00... and they actually work.. you can get rid of the latic acid build up...
I have the worst leg cramps... not when I use this.
Magnesium is awesome for any muscle aches....obviously plenty of water...i suffered with this several times at different points in my life first time was a gluten allergy, next time was low thyroid, last time it was a bad side affect from takin the antibiotic Levaquin....sometimes leg pains are not obvious, sometimes it's is as easy as a new pair of sneakers....do yourself a favor and dont but into the restless leg syndrome crap...
BigBmajI concur with the stretching. Elastic muscles can't cramp as easily in my experience. Make sure water and electrolyte intake is appropiately matching life style demands. Potassium works for many people but you can't get enough in pill form you have to get powder from now nutrition or eat lots of it in your diet.
Good luck.
My hamstrings would cramp every leg workout and they got to the point where I had to cut my workouts short. I started an extensive stretching regiment and I haven't cramped in months. Water and bcaas and electrolytes did nothing for me, it was the stretching that worked.
ill try those pills and see if they help.
BP has been okay . I drink tea in the morning. I take bcaa:s 3 times a day, could that affect something?
GearofWarHow's your BP? Retaining water? Recent weight gain? Drinking enough fluids(WATER)? Electrolytes? Do you consume a lot of caffeine/coffee/red bull? If so, ease back on those. Get potassium too. Eating a banana or two seems to work really well for alleviating my cramps sometimes. Cramps can be caused by a huge number/combination of things. Try supplementing calcium, magnesium, and potassium.
5g of Taurine ED would be the cherry on top of all that!
