HELP - Test-E only cycle with Aromatase on hand
ad
34 year old male 5'11" 200lbs 30% body fat.
TSH is 2.93, Prolactin 19.2, Testosterone is 320, Free T 15.8.
Former cycle (Test-E/Tren-E 250/2) when I was 20 yo (I know...)
Decent gains went from 165-190lbs kept 20% gains - developed mild gynecomastia.
17 years experience progressive weight training.
Currently experiencing low libido, erectile dysfunction, fatigue, sluggishness and poor sleep.
What would be a good steroid cycle that mitigates side effects like acne hair loss.
TSH is 2.93, Prolactin 19.2, Testosterone is 320, Free T 15.8.
I have enough for a 16 week Test-E only 500 a week with the Aromatase on hand and Clomid/Tamaxofin on hand for PCT.
Would it make sense to do a reduced cycle time wise or the amount of Test-E per week?
Thanks,
GB

Yah at 30% BF you are going have lots of aromatization. You might want to get some reta (glp3) or Triz (glp2) to help. But def see a dr.
Also if ur drop BF ur test will probably go up.
I agree with everyone...Get to an endocrinologist or a good trt doc and get all labs performed. Go from there. Health is the most important.
If you have insurance see an endocrinologist first!
Ranger3252You just need to be on TRT at this point less is more in your situation. Keep up with blood work and definitely need to dial in your diet and cut the BF in half before even thinking of running a test only cycle. You should be able to accomplish this in 6 months if you’re serious about it.
Looks like everyone has already explained it, but you need TRT, not a cycle. You need to bring your levels up and keep them up. You’ll also want to cut your body fat% down.
Good luck!
Yea, it's been a road back to health and recovery if you understand. Lots of lifestyle hits and building myself back up to where I was before. Thank you for the feedback everyone.
If i understand you are not on anything right now currently correct? So start off with TRT and just do that and see if things improve. Do 150mg a week of Test E or C try for a few weeks then see how you feel and get bloods and adjust from there.
More test is not the answer. Your labs indicate your test is at 320. So start at a minimum dose per week and repeat your lab work. What do you expect to achieve? What do you want your testosterone numbers to look after your into your cycle?
My Dr had me repeat my labs every 2 weeks to see where I was at with my test levels.
Get on TRT, regular labwork to keep your e2 levels in check and diet HARD, cut down to <10% bodyfat(Dexa). THEN you are in a good place to begin your journey and run some test. Right now being over 30% bodyfat all you're going to do with 500mg test is highly convert it to estrogen and grow a nice(nicer) pair of man boobs than you already have now.
I’m gonna be a dick for a minute, which is out of character for me, and you probably won’t like to hear this, but this idea of yours is a great way to dump gas on a dumpster fire.
Seventeen years of “experience,” 30% body fat, prior gyno, elevated prolactin, ED, bad sleep, and the plan is 500 mg of test for 16 weeks with an AI? That does not mitigate side effects. It guarantees them.
This is not a cycle optimization problem. It is basic physiology. High body fat increases aromatization. Prior gyno signals sensitivity. Elevated prolactin and poor sleep already impair libido. Adding supraphysiologic testosterone only multiplies every issue you are trying to avoid.
Time in the gym does not matter if the outcome is still 30% body fat. That is not an experience problem. That is an execution problem.
The corrective path here is not more testosterone or tighter AI control. It is body composition. You need to lose at least 30 lbs of fat before you even think about touching testosterone above TRT levels. If you lose a significant amount of fat and add muscle mass, you could realistically reverse most of the problems you are dealing with now.
At your current state, testosterone is a side effect multiplier by definition, not a fix.
This is the correct advice. You are in your own way. Lose body fat
unseen423I would jump on a TRT dose, add Reta and get that BF% way down before jumping up to 500mg/week.
Also, why PCT? With those levels you should be staying on TRT.
Get your lifestyle in order, fix those symptoms of libido, ED, fatigue, and poor sleep.
Just my 0.02.
Good luck to you!
