HDL
ad
I just got some blood work back. I pretty much know how to deal with everything out of whack except the HDL. My total cholesterol is 132. That should be great but my HDL is only 22. My triglycerides are super low as well.
I'm just wondering about the best way to get this up. I did just discontinue a super long bulk push and I'm I only continuing with 200 mg of test.
My thoughts are :
Red Yeast Rice
Niacin 500 mg
Aspirin baby
Fish oil 5 grams
Tumeric 3 grams
CoQ10 400 mg daily.
Any other thoughts?
Oh and my estrogen was triple digit so that would explain why I was acting like such a little bitch. Thanks for putting up with me.

vitamin e mate, it works wonders.
my total cholesterol is 183 (low risk = <200), HDL was 29 (normal >=35), and LDL was 141 (normal 0-130).
so in summary my good cholesterol was low, my bad cholesterol was high, but my total cholesterol was normal. da fuq
My last lipid profile was almost 6 months ago. HDL was 13! :-(
Big, I would throw 5g of garlic cloves twice a day as well. This has been shown to lower LDL and raise HDL. And if you are looking for a good source of dietry niacin, portobello mushrooms are a great choice. So, throw in some garlic, saute some mushrooms and cover that dinner steak with some HDL therapy.
And for all those days you do not want garlic breath, get yourself a bottle of Kyolic.
MetalgearNooo none of that will work thats to bring down ur LDL
U need to eat healthy Fats like mixed nuts, canola oil, olive oil, avocados etc..... No other way
HDL is ur good cholesterol which helps remove plaque from arteries and helps deliver them to the liver for further lipid process or elimination.
HDL always goes down after AAS use
Very important for Heart health
Itll raise with in 2 months
Last time i ran bloods during pct
Mine was at 29 and with in 2montys it got back to 65 i was eating 60-80g of Polyunsaturated and Monounsaturated fats
Edit: BTW every healthy fat has Omega 3-6-9
Supplementing does help
Need to correct you here... fish oil is healthy fat, and red yeast contains monounsaturated fatty acids
MetalgearYes i never disagreed with the fish oil
I wasnt specific sorry wrote it to fast
But i did say supplement omega-3 will help
But there is nothing better than gettin ur omega 3-6-9 from foods like nuts and avocados
BigBmajI'm a fat eating machine. I think you are correct tho, it should just rebound.
Thanks.
Triple digit estro is no bueno :( Hope you get your deal straightened out. My blood pressure was 180/90 the other day. Trens working. Im taking 2300mg of Hawthorne berry, baby aspirin and omega 3's. What else do u recommend. I have been on bp meds since I was a young teenager and I take those every night as well.
BigBmajUmm I have shitty BP as well.
I've been using 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar split twice daily. And keeping sodium very low. I read Thread's advice somewhere saying he's been taking tumeric every day for a year and his pressure is good regardless of cycle. So I'm giving that a try.
Lots of fish oil. There is a new type it's Martec (sp?) brand it's omega made from algae no fish is involved. I'm fish phobic these days - I think it's too polluted.
Try those couple things then see what happens. If I give you a whole list it will just overwhelm you and you won't do anything.
I would go with wild caught fish oil. You're right to stay away from farm raised fish and oils. You can also go with krill oil as well. I take both.
BigBmajFukushima has nuked almost all fish on the planet. And BP took care of the rest.
You may have a point.
