Getting back in shape after a long bitter divorce
I married the wrong woman and paid for it. She was a con artist and the stereo typical Russian gold digger. I'll spare the details but long story short, she took my house, my car and pretty much bankrupted my business.
I'm in my early 40s and staying with a friend and working as a manager for one of my competitors. My confidence and self esteem is in the gutter. Where I used to be an excellent keynote speaker and salesman, i now wake up afraid to speak and sometimes choke up when ordering a burger...
Lifting has always helped me focus to get my mind right in difficult times throughout my life as well as giving me the confidence and discipline to push and better myself in other areas.
I'm on TRT. I'm at around 25% bf. My goal is to start a 10 to 12w cycle in about 25 days (test c 600mg). The reason being is that about week 11 of the cycle i have to travel and don't want to carry gear with me.
In the next 25 days I have to drop as much bf as possible to start the cycle properly. I have previously done 1 cycle with proper pct.
My questions for you guys is, how can I quickly drop the most bf in the next 25 days? My plan is to do a keto diet, 80 carbs/d all before 2p.m., as well focus on daily cardio.
Will doing clen help me and what is a proper dose?
Thanks for listening

I'm not a huge fan of KETO because a lot of people don't do it right they go KETO for way to long and burn their muscle gains as well, but 4 weeks seems ideal as for cardio combine weight training as well as cardio do your weight training then finish off with 30-60 minutes of cardio and do some real rigorous cardio to maximise the burn of calories, as for clen I've never used it so I'm no help there, chin up chief and train insane
Not good with diets but keep your head up brother, friend request sent.
