First shoulder shot
ad
I just wanted to say I just pinned my shoulder for the first time like 10 minute ago I'm ready for the pip in the morning but I'm just laying here with a heat pad on it now. I was shaking bad tho but it was the least painful and the easiest shot I've done so far but when I was trying to aspirate It wouldn't go back but I'm using a 25g could anyone give me some tips on doing that because I just couldn't pull it back

I don't know how to say this without it coming across the wrong way but since I have been reading many posts about injections and hearing how sore people get it amazes me. Many of the people commenting seem very experienced. Maybe I have nerve damage or something but I pin everywhere and get a little sore sometimes but not to the level I have read. I hear about guys barely being able to walk after quad injections and real discomfort... Sorry for your pain bros. My question is this though; Has anyone else tried different locations such as calves, triceps, pecs? I have done calves and had to have my wife hit me with 2cc's of test in the tri before. It wasn't as bad as I expected. But after so many pins in the shoulders, glutes and quads you tend to get some scar tissue. And I shake when pinning which causes more damage. So after a while I need to hit new spots. Anyone else?
I pin in the delt all the time it takes a little getting used too .. if you sit and cross the arm thats getting pinned on a table and then twist your body you get alot more control with your other hand. I hold the pin once its in with my thumb and ring finger and pull with my pointer and and middle.. when i brace myself against a table with my arms crossed it makes it very comfortable less shaking and then i can take my time injecting i usually take about a min to do 1cc if oil is thick...
try grabbing the plundger part of the syringe and use one of you fingers to push down on the syringe part where you would normally grab to inject and then aspirate. just don't push the needle in any deeper. after a couple of times you'll be better at it. it really just comes down to finding what is comfortable and what works best for you.
Ok thanks yea I'm a little sore this morning but not as bad as I thought I would be but is it hard for you to aspirate with a 25g in the delt because I wasn't able to with just trying to push up on it with my index finger could you the me some tips on aspirating in the delt
shoulder? you mean your deltoid? dude, from my first pin in the deltoid. they will be sore. but.... you will function at about 75-80% efficiency. meaning, no one wont really notice you have a sore delt, so you can get away with that. stay away from the quads. after pinning time and time again in the delts, they will respond better to injections. dont be shaking, you can fuck something up. if you need to, inject SLOWLY. sometimes it takes me at least 2 min to inject the needle. just go with the flow. you aint chuck norris. so take it easy
