What it like UK to EU or/and EU to EU cycle shipping regarding customs? Is it possible customs not only seize you package but actually get in trouble because of it?
NB: I'm not referring to local UK to UK postage tough

The UK is part of the EU (at the moment) but its not part of Schengen agreement so you still have a risk of custom seizing your package, however from personal experience i have received packs from Poland and Spain and they arrived no problem while any package sent from the US gets seized

I've been shipping UK-UK-EU for years, whats the problem? there are no customs, and i have never lost a package either way, and i have shipped and received thousands of packages.
So in short you never got in trouble because of customs seizing your items?
If your worried about getting caught then dont do it. Its a risk every one takes .
This question can not be answered with any guarantees. Like the other guys told, ask your preferred source about their success rate in shipping to your country. Your packages could be seized anyways, doesn't matter if EU/UK, EU domestic, international or inside your own country. But for sure it's much safer with customs, if you're using EU/UK instead of ordering internationally.

I understand, and what you are saying is fair. My main worry is not loosing money if it gets seized or not, but just if they seize it would the authorities will take leagal actions
Then use a fake name / fake address, to where it should be shipped. If it got seized, you won't get in trouble ;)
Maybe you can ask to your source on what is the shipping success rate. Also some sources reship the parcel of seized but you would need to confirm this with your source
UK to EU - never had any problems. EU - UK ditto. As long as you don't live in Scandinavia you should be fine.

They can also seize it when you ship it inside your country! You'll never have a 100% guarantee.

Including date of birth, passport number, blood type, shoe size, etc.
